Overview
RIA Sign lets you send documents for electronic signature and track them from Claude. Signers receive the request on WhatsApp and sign inside a native WhatsApp Flow or on a mobile web page, with no app install or account required. What you can do: - Send a PDF for signature to one or more signers, with signing order and optional identity checks (selfie and ID photo) - Draft a contract from a plain-language description, or send contract text you already have - Save reusable contract templates with placeholders that each signer fills in when signing - Track envelope status, send reminders, cancel envelopes, and download the signed PDF - List your contacts, templates, and usage Signatures follow Brazilian law (Lei 14.063/2020 and MP 2.200-2/2001) at the simple or advanced level. Each completed document gets a certificate page with an audit trail, an RFC 3161 timestamp, a server signature, and a public verification link. Authentication uses OAuth with your RIA Sign account. Sending a document dispatches real WhatsApp messages to the signers.
