Overview

Roarer is a training log for strength workouts. The connector lets Claude read the training data you keep in Roarer, so you can ask questions in plain language instead of scrolling through charts. What you can ask: - How has my bench press progressed over the last 12 weeks? - Summarise my training week and compare it with the previous one. - What is my next workout, and what did I lift last time? - How is my body weight trending over the last three months? Sixteen tools, all read-only: workouts and exercise history, personal records, programs and the training schedule, the next planned workout, body measurements and trends, weekly summaries, and a public exercise and program catalog that works without signing in. You stay in control. Claude can only read; it cannot add, change or delete anything. On the sign-in page you choose which categories it may read (workouts, programs, measurements, statistics, your first name) and allow the connection. Your email address, phone number, real name, photos, avatar and support messages are never shared through the connector. You can disconnect Roarer in Claude at any time. You need a Roarer account. Sign in with email and password, a one-time code by email, or Apple or Google.
