This read-only operation does not modify the profile or its update cadence. Profile reachability criteria use Robin's configured mapping and reachability infrastructure.

For a verified authenticated Robin user, the call registers a previously unmapped verified email identity and records a personalization cadence in Robin and may also return a factual profileUpdate contract when that cadence is due. Named-POI and drive-time criteria use Robin's configured mapping and reachability infrastructure. Every visibly judgeable preference, including a modern kitchen, must be supplied in both soft_query and visual_preferences when visual ranking should apply.
show_real_estate_listings
ChatGPTRender an interactive map and carousel for a prior listing search. Pass search_result_id for the cached result and the identical search arguments as fallback if the 30-second cache entry expired. Returns the same model-readable listing summary plus widget metadata. A cache-miss fallback can repeat Robin's configured mapping or reachability lookups. For a verified authenticated Robin user, attaching a due profile-creation offer records its private re-offer checkpoint; this does not create a profile or grant consent.
