Overview

Starting a company costs a founder weeks that have nothing to do with the company. Which state to incorporate in, what you owe once you have, which documents need signing before anyone will wire you money. Sercle does that part, and this connector gives Claude access to your own account so you can do it by asking. Ask what you owe and when. Sercle knows the state you incorporated in and the state you work from, so the answer separates the Delaware franchise tax from the California statement of information instead of averaging them into advice. It will also tell you your first California year is exempt from the $800 minimum, which most founders are sure it is not. Draft what has to be signed. A founders agreement, bylaws, a stock purchase agreement, an IP assignment, an NDA, an advisor agreement. Sercle fills in what it already knows about your company and leaves a blank where it does not, because an invented equity split is worse than an empty line. Drafts come back as PDF, Word or Markdown, and the PDF is a fillable form. Every one is a draft for your attorney, and says so. Then ask the question the paperwork was in the way of: what is this team actually ready to do? Sercle scores readiness against what the objective needs, names the capability that is gating it, and puts a credibility figure beside every number — how much is known, how hard the evidence was to get. A score with nothing behind it reports as exactly that, and you can see who could cover the gap. Thirteen tools. Eight read your account, five write to it. Nothing happens without you: the connector signs you in to your own Sercle account and acts only as you, under the same row-level permissions as the website.
