Overview
SerpKite gives Claude fresh results from Google and the open web. Every tool returns compact, LLM-ready Markdown instead of raw HTML, so answers cite real sources without spending tokens on page chrome. What Claude can do with SerpKite: - Search Google web, news, images and videos with country, language, date-range and domain filters - Get a cited answer written from live Google results, with numbered sources - Run deep research in the background: start a task that searches, reads sources and returns a cited report, then fetch the result when it is ready - Find places on Google Maps and read one place's full listing (address, hours, phone, rating, website) - Search Google Shopping, Google Scholar (papers with citations and PDF links) and Google Patents - Get Google autocomplete suggestions for keyword research - Read any public URL (HTML or PDF) as Markdown, or read up to 20 URLs at once with the passages most relevant to a question - Map a website's URLs and crawl a site in the background, honouring robots.txt Search and read tools are read-only. answer and research run paid AI steps, and research starts a billed background task (30, 75 or 200 credits by depth). Sign in with OAuth (a free SerpKite account gets up to 2,500 credits at signup, then 1,000 every month) or use an API key. Most calls cost 1 credit; failed, empty and blocked requests are never billed, failed AI steps are refunded, and prepaid credits never expire. SerpKite only collects logged-out public pages.
