Overview

Connect a SimpleTicket organiser account to ChatGPT. Ask questions about your events, ticket sales, transactions, entrance scans, invoices, mailings and reports — the same data the backoffice shows — and create, update or test event webhooks. Sign-in runs through OAuth on the SimpleTicket backoffice; the plugin only sees the merchant account that was authorized, at that user's access level (Owner or Admin required). Read tools cover every backoffice section; write access is limited to the merchant's own webhooks. The plugin cannot start payments, refunds or checkouts.

Tools

assistant_manual

ChatGPT
Step-by-step procedure manuals for the assistant to execute — controlled checklists (e.g. an event pre-sale check) that name the tools to call, the evidence to gather and the verdicts to report. When the user asks you to check, verify, audit or get something ready, load the matching manual FIRST and follow it exactly — never improvise a partial check from memory. Call without a section for the index. Manuals: event-presale-check — Event pre-sale check; index — Assistant manuals — controlled procedures

backoffice_guide

ChatGPT
Returns merchant-facing documentation for one area of the SimpleTicket backoffice or ticket shop: where pages, buttons and settings are, what they do, and why something may be missing or disabled. Use for how-to and where-is questions. Call without a section for the index. IMPORTANT: this manual is a summary, not the whole truth — the platform blog (list_blogs for the index — the usual starting point, get_blog for the article, search_blogs for a keyword match) covers subjects beyond it and holds the extended explanation for many it does cover; never answer "not covered"/"not possible" — or settle for a thin answer — without searching there first. When the exact feature is missing or locked, check the workarounds/ sections (known reroutes from the asked-for feature to the platform's standard route) and adjacent sections for a workaround to the same goal before concluding. The manual/ sections hold step-by-step procedure checklists written for the assistant — for check/verify/audit requests use the assistant_manual tool, which serves the same files. Section results may carry related_blogs for this reason. Sections: backoffice — Backoffice — layout, sign-in & menu; backoffice/billing — Billing — SimpleTicket invoices to you (not ticket-revenue payouts); backoffice/dashboard — Dashboard & onboarding wizard; backoffice/engagement — Engagement modules; backoffice/engagement/ambassador — Ambassador; backoffice/engagement/blog — Blog; backoffice/engagement/discount-codes — Discount codes (voucher codes); backoffice/engagement/festival-giftcard — Festival Gift Card (Festivalcadeau); backoffice/engagement/guestlist — Guestlist; backoffice/engagement/support-questions — Support questions; backoffice/engagement/webhooks — Webhooks; backoffice/engagement/webhooks-setup — Webhooks — connecting a third-party provider; backoffice/events — Events — overview & creating events; backoffice/events/event-page — Event page — /event/<event> anatomy; backoffice/events/forms-and-extras — Event forms & extras — custom questions, templates, passe-partout, free & batch tickets; backoffice/events/insights — Event insights — statistics, transactions & exports; backoffice/events/products — Ticket products (event page); backoffice/events/sales-channels — Sales channels & ticket shop presence (event page); backoffice/events/settings — Event settings — details, person info & ticket personalisation, refunds, queue, seats.io; backoffice/mail — Emails (mail templates); backoffice/mail/excel-import — Excel import (mail list recipients); backoffice/mail/lists — Mail lists (scheduled bulk mailings); backoffice/onsite — Door & scanning (onsite tools); backoffice/profile — My Profile — account details, language, password & 2FA; backoffice/reports — Reports — VAT cost reporting & compare events; backoffice/settings — Settings — company, billing details, users & platform options; backoffice/settings/ai-assistants — Settings — AI assistants; backoffice/settings/appearance — Settings — Appearance: default ticket shop & ticket design; backoffice/settings/payments — Settings — Payment profiles; backoffice/settings/users — Settings — User Management; backoffice/statuses — Statuses — order, ticket, scan, event & invoice states explained; backoffice/transactions — Transactions — orders, refunds, tickets & the sales monitor; index — SimpleTicket backoffice, shop & scanner guide; manual — Assistant manuals — controlled procedures; manual/event-presale-check — Event pre-sale check; scan-app — Scanner app (SimpleTicket Scanner); scan-app/login — Scanner app — logging in; scan-app/scanning — Scanner app — configuring & scanning; shop — Ticket shop — what the customer sees; shop/order-flow — Shop order flow — from ticket selection to ticket download; workarounds — Workarounds & better approaches — "I want X" → "the platform's way is Y"; workarounds/communication — Communication workarounds — reaching buyers & visitors another way; workarounds/events — Event workarounds — when the event page can't do what they ask; workarounds/tickets — Ticket workarounds — when the order ca…

event_sales_chart

event_sales_summary

ChatGPT

list_webhook_deliveries

list_webhooks

ChatGPT
Configured webhooks: triggers, target URLs/methods and payload field selections. API keys and auth values are masked.

search_blogs

ChatGPT
Searches platform blog articles (news, tips, how-tos) published to the backoffice or company portal, in all languages — including the extended explanation for topics the backoffice guide only summarizes. Checking the blog is REQUIRED when the guide does not fully cover a subject — do not answer "not possible" or "not documented" without it: start from the list_blogs index and use this keyword match when it surfaces no candidate (include_content also searches the article bodies); translate articles to the merchant language when needed.

search_transactions

ChatGPT
The backoffice quick-search: finds transactions by ticket id (hashid), barcode, transaction code, buyer e-mail or name.

ticket_counts

ChatGPT

Totals grouped per event and per ticket product (with category), each split by derived status (active, partially_scanned, scanned, blocked, sold, refunded), plus merged per-product/per-category totals across the selection. Use this for every "how many tickets" question instead of paging list_tickets. event_name covers several same-named events in one call; status "valid" counts only still-usable tickets (excludes refunded, resold and blocked).

ticket_statistics

ChatGPT
Ticket statistics: counts per year/month per sales channel, across all events.

whoami

ChatGPT
Returns the merchant account and key label bound to the bearer token, to verify the connection and scoping. Management identities get their staff identity + company instead.
