Overview

SiteWarming turns parked domains into live, content-rich sites that build search trust over time. With this plugin, domain investors and portfolio owners can manage their SiteWarming portfolio in plain language from ChatGPT. Read: list and search your domains, open a full report on any domain (DNS and SSL health, content schedule, warming progress, valuation) and see a portfolio summary. Act: launch one domain or up to 20 at once through a guided setup, build a Domain Brief through a short interview, add tracked domains, update settings on live domains and connect DNS through supported registrar integrations. Safety and limits: actions that change live sites, DNS or your portfolio are marked as write actions, and ChatGPT may ask for your confirmation before running them. Removing a domain from SiteWarming never releases or transfers it at your registrar, and registrar transfers are not possible through this plugin. You sign in with your own SiteWarming account, and the plugin can only see and change what that account can. Requires a SiteWarming account.

Tools

add_tracked_domain

ChatGPT
Creates a tracked domain: SiteWarming records the domain and verifies ownership through a TXT DNS record, with no hosting. Returns the TXT record name and value to add at the domain's DNS provider. check_tracked_verification completes verification once the record has propagated.

assemble_domain_brief

ChatGPT
Combines the sections cached by draft_brief_section into a complete domain brief and validates it against the full schema. Returns validated_content on success, or the names of the sections that failed validation. Nothing is saved to the domain; the validated_content can be passed to submit_domain_brief.

bulk_add_tracked_domains

ChatGPT
Creates up to 20 tracked domains at once (ownership verified through TXT DNS records, no hosting). Returns the TXT record name and value for each domain. check_tracked_verification verifies each domain separately once its record has propagated.

bulk_launch_domains

ChatGPT
Launches up to 20 domains on SiteWarming at once: enqueues the import and finalizes provisioning in one call, and returns launched or failed status for each domain along with DNS records. Each entry needs domain_name, description, site_type, theme_name and 3-5 market_signals, plus optional settings such as site layout, publishing schedule, email capture, selling settings and auto_configure_dns. If the import is still processing, the response status is still_importing, and submitting the same batch again would enqueue it a second time. Does not change anything at your registrar.

bulk_update_domains

ChatGPT
Updates configuration for up to 20 domains on SiteWarming at once. Works on live domains without relaunching or deleting, and does not change anything at your registrar. Each entry takes a domain_id or domain_name plus only the fields to change; the updatable fields are the same as for update_domain.

check_launch_status

ChatGPT
Completes a domain launch that was started by launch_domain. Takes the import_batch_id, organization_id and domain_inputs returned by launch_domain. Returns status still_importing while the import is processing, or launched with DNS record details, build status and the result of saving any Domain Brief. Writes: it finalizes provisioning for the imported domains.

check_tracked_verification

ChatGPT
Checks whether the TXT DNS record for a tracked domain has propagated and, if it has, marks the domain verified. Returns verified true or false, the number of attempts so far and the expected TXT record.

configure_dns

ChatGPT
Writes DNS records at the domain's registrar through the organization's connected DNS integration. This is the only tool that changes something at the registrar rather than only inside SiteWarming, and it changes DNS records only. type 'cname' pushes the CNAME record for a launched domain (hostname_type chooses apex or www; subdomains are detected automatically and get a single record). type 'txt' pushes the verification TXT record for a tracked domain and needs the TXT value as token. Returns whether the records were pushed, any warnings and the records set.

convert_to_tracked

ChatGPT
Converts an existing hosted or draft domain to a tracked domain (TXT-verified, no hosting). This permanently removes the domain's Cloudflare hosting, SSL and warming configuration and cannot be undone here; restoring hosting means launching the domain again. Returns the TXT record name and value to add at the domain's DNS provider; check_tracked_verification completes verification.

delete_domain

ChatGPT
Removes a domain from SiteWarming: deletes its SiteWarming DNS and SSL configuration, warming data and content. This is permanent and cannot be undone here. The domain itself stays registered at your registrar; this does not delete, release or transfer it. Accepts a domain_id or a domain_name.

detect_dns_integration

ChatGPT
Checks whether the organization has a connected DNS integration that matches the domain's registrar. Returns connected and can_auto_configure flags. Read-only: nothing is changed.

draft_brief_section

ChatGPT
Validates and caches one section of a domain brief. The sections are analysis (rawAnalysis and classification), domainDna, audienceDna (three profiles), voiceAndBlurb and faqs (10-12 candidates, 5-6 marked selected). The response lists which sections are complete and which remain. Cached sections expire six hours after the last one was saved. Nothing is saved to the domain; assemble_domain_brief combines the cached sections.

draft_domain_content

ChatGPT
Validates domain content drafted from the interview answers (classification, Domain DNA, Audience DNA x3, Voice DNA, blurb and FAQs) against SiteWarming's content schema and returns it as validated_content, staged but not saved. Nothing is stored by this tool. The validated_content can be passed to submit_domain_brief, or to launch_domain as mcp_generated_content. Field-level drafting rules are returned by get_domain_interview_questions.

fetch

ChatGPT
Fetches a full domain report by URL or domain name. Accepts 'example.com', 'https://example.com' or 'www.example.com' and returns the same detailed report as get_domain_report. Follows the search/fetch convention used by ChatGPT company knowledge.

get_domain_interview_questions

ChatGPT
Returns the next question in SiteWarming's domain interview for one domain, with an example tailored to the answers given so far. Takes the domain name and the answers collected so far (an empty list for the first question). Each response reports how many questions remain and whether this is the last one. Once every question is answered it returns the drafting rules and the required format for the domain content: classification, Domain DNA, Audience DNA, Voice DNA, blurb and FAQs. Read-only.

get_domain_interview_status

ChatGPT
Reports whether a domain's interview and Domain Brief have not been started (none), are in progress (active) or are complete, and returns any answers already saved. Also reports is_tracked_domain, which determines how a finished brief is saved. Read-only.

get_domain_report

ChatGPT
Returns a detailed, human-readable report for a single domain in the SiteWarming portfolio: status, DNS and SSL health, warming and content schedule, FAQs, selling configuration, valuation, traffic and registrar details. Accepts a domain UUID or a domain name or URL.

get_portfolio_summary

ChatGPT
Returns a high-level summary of the whole SiteWarming domain portfolio: total domains, counts of active, draft and warming domains, total content published and overall health.

get_warming_status

ChatGPT
Returns the current SiteWarming warming and acceleration status for one or more domains: content published, topics scheduled, next publish date and active add-ons.

launch_domain

ChatGPT
Launches a domain on SiteWarming: builds and publishes its warming site. Does not register, transfer or modify the domain at your registrar. Required inputs are description, site_type, theme_name and 3-5 market_signals; auto_configure_dns defaults to false. Optional inputs cover site layout, publishing schedule, email capture, selling settings and a validated Domain Brief (mcp_generated_content). Returns an import_batch_id; check_launch_status completes the launch.

list_domains

ChatGPT
Lists the domains in the user's SiteWarming portfolio with their status, type and key details. Supports optional search by domain name. Results are paginated; the response includes the current page and the total number of pages.

prepare_bulk_launch

ChatGPT
Gathers the options for launching up to 20 domains at once: registrar details, hostname availability, per-domain suggestions for description and market signals, available site layouts, and whether each domain has a connected DNS integration. Read-only: nothing is launched or changed.

prepare_domain_launch

ChatGPT
Gathers the options for launching one domain on SiteWarming: available site layouts, suggested description and market signals, registrar and hostname availability, whether the domain is already in the portfolio, and whether a DNS integration is connected. Read-only: nothing is launched or changed. The response lists the settings that launch_domain accepts.

save_domain_interview

ChatGPT
Saves the domain interview answers collected so far, so an interrupted interview can be resumed (status 'complete' marks the interview as finished). Stores the raw answers only. It does not store drafted content and does not launch the domain.

submit_domain_brief

ChatGPT
Saves a confirmed Domain Brief for a domain without launching it: classification, Domain DNA, Audience DNA, Voice DNA, blurb and FAQs. Works for new and existing briefs; every write is an upsert, so an existing brief is overwritten in place rather than duplicated. Accepts the validated_content returned by assemble_domain_brief or draft_domain_content. Works for tracked (manage_only) domains, which are never launched. Does not create a Cloudflare hostname, change DNS or SSL, publish content or create a warming schedule, and leaves the domain's status unchanged.

update_domain

ChatGPT
Updates a domain's configuration on SiteWarming in place. Works on live domains without relaunching or deleting, and does not change anything at your registrar. Takes a domain_id or domain_name plus only the fields to change. Updatable fields (all optional, any combination): - theme_name: change color theme (midnight, aurora, ocean, forest, sunset, corporate, minimal, custom) - description: update what the domain is about - site_type: change purpose (building-my-vision, open-to-offers, actively-selling) - site_layout: change page layout template - primary_color / secondary_color / background_color: custom hex colors (theme_name must be "custom") - grid_layout: change grid style - domain_type: set type (warming, manage_only) - market_signals: update SEO/content signals - email_capture_enabled: enable/disable email capture form; provide email_capture_sheet_id on first enable - email_capture_sheet_id / email_capture_sheet_name: Google Sheet for captured emails - publish_frequency: posts per month (1=monthly, 2=bi-weekly, 4=weekly) - publish_day: weekday for posts (Monday–Sunday) - publish_time_window: time window (06_09, 09_12, 12_15, 15_18) - publish_timezone: IANA timezone, e.g. "America/New_York" - boost_enabled / warming_enabled: toggle warming features - valuation_estimate: set manual domain valuation amount - valuation_provider_id / valuation_provider_name: valuation source - valuation_currency: 3-letter currency code (default USD) - valuation_notes: notes about valuation - is_listed / listing_type / price / currency / show_price / custom_cta: selling config - minimum_offer: floor for offer listings - lease_monthly_payment / lease_duration_months / lease_down_payment: lease-to-own fields - platform / listing_url: marketplace integration This tool does not delete or relaunch the domain.
