For accountants, bookkeepers and controllers. Give it the inventory value from your inventory or ops system and the Inventory balance in QuickBooks or Xero, plus the reconciling items you know about: goods received but not billed, bills for goods not yet received, in-transit stock, adjustments not posted, landed cost not capitalized and the COGS each system booked. The Inventory Reconciler builds a reconciliation schedule showing how each item moves the gap, what's still unexplained and how much of the difference is accounted for, and with per-SKU files it shows which items drive the difference. Suggested entries are typical treatment to confirm with your accountant, not accounting advice. Files are processed in memory for the one request and never stored. No account is needed.
