After your confirmation it also writes: rename meters, create and move folders, switch a relay, send a command to a charging station, set current limits, and create or change billing properties, tariffs and VEWA cost periods. A separate tool then reads the result against the smart-me billing runbook and reports what would produce wrong invoices. Every tool declares whether it reads or writes, so a write is confirmed before it happens. Deleting a folder or a charging station takes two steps: the first shows what would go, the second needs its exact name. You need a smart-me account. Long series of values need a Professional licence; everything else works on any account. The connector stores nothing — it acts in your name, with your own permissions.
