Overview
SoKal is a shared calendar for you and your friends. Connect it to Claude and you can plan with the people you actually see, right from a chat. Ask what's on your week, or what a friend is up to this weekend, at the detail they already share with you on SoKal. Find two or three times that work for you and up to five friends, with a note on who can't make the others and why. Planning a trip? Claude can find a long weekend everyone is free, including holiday weekends, and see each friend's home city so you can pick somewhere in the middle. Plan dinner at a restaurant you find through Google Maps search, and invite friends in one go. See who's coming to an event, who's in each of your friend groups, and what a friend can see of your calendar. Add, move or delete your own events, add trips, and get your invite link to bring friends onto SoKal. You choose View only or View and edit when you connect. Claude shows you a summary and asks first before it deletes anything, invites anyone, or changes a plan other people are on. It only works with your SoKal friends, never texts phone numbers, and shows your friends' private plans as Busy, so it can't see anything SoKal wouldn't already show you.
