Sonarlex is a daily hidden-word game. Every day everyone playing a language hunts the same secret word. Each turn you try up to 5 words, and each gets a number for how close it is in meaning to the secret word: #1 is the word itself, #2 its closest word, and the lower the number, the warmer you are. Find it in as few turns as you can. Type your words in the card or just tell ChatGPT, for example "ocean, ship, salt". Plurals and other forms count as their base word, and in Turkish you can type without Turkish letters. The secret word stays on Sonarlex's server: neither you nor ChatGPT can see it, so ChatGPT plays as an honest teammate. Ask it for ideas if you like; words it suggests are marked in your share squares. Stuck? You get 3 hints a puzzle, each showing a word about halfway between your closest word so far and the secret, for one turn each. Give up and Sonarlex shows the word and its closest words. When you find it, the card shows today's median and coloured share squares that give nothing away. Your streak grows each day you solve it. New to the game? Start with the practice puzzle, whose word never changes. Limits: - One shared word a day per language: English (a new word at midnight UTC) and Turkish (at midnight Türkiye time). Sonarlex follows your ChatGPT language; say "in Turkish" or "in English" to switch. - About 28,000 English and 22,000 Turkish words have a number. Phrases, very common words such as "the" and offensive words don't, and trying one costs nothing. - Closeness comes from openly licensed word vectors (GloVe for English, fastText for Turkish), so it reflects how words are used, not a dictionary. - No accounts: Sonarlex keeps your boards and streak under ChatGPT's anonymous user ID.
