Spekboom Host connects Claude to your host account so you can manage your properties in plain language. Check availability, occupancy and per-unit calendars; review bookings and accept pending requests; block or unblock dates and pencil in draft bookings; extend bookings or move them between units. See your effective nightly prices, seasonal rates and discount rules, and add or remove special pricing. Edit listing copy, house rules, amenities, photos, featured causes and the birds and wildlife guests can see. Monitor Airbnb, Booking.com and other calendar syncs, see what guests are searching for near you, and track payouts, referrals and the conservation impact your bookings have funded. Draft guest invoices and manage your Spekboom property website. Sign in with your Spekboom host account. Claude cannot charge guests, send invoices, change payouts, ownership or ID verification, or publish or unpublish your listing.
