Overview
Search and summarize authorized StackDaily notes, review tasks, plan workouts with your exercise library, and prepare entries for your food diary. Connect using your own StackDaily account and choose the spaces and permissions Claude can access. Create or append notes, create or update tasks, and prepare workout, exercise, saved-food and meal changes. Every change requires your review and approval in StackDaily before it is saved. Workout and nutrition permissions are optional. Nutrition inferred from descriptions or photos is an estimate. Imported records may be excluded until you explicitly opt eligible records into AI access. An eligible StackDaily account is required. Disconnect in StackDaily Settings to revoke future access; this cannot remove information already shared with Claude.
