Overview

StrengthLog is a workout log for strength training. This connector lets Claude read your own StrengthLog log, so you can ask about your training in plain language and get answers based on what you actually logged. What Claude can read: - Training sessions: date, name, duration, exercises, sets, reps and weights, plus your notes and self-ratings - Summaries over any period, for all your training or a single exercise - Personal records, worked out the same way as in the app: the heaviest weight lifted for each rep count - Body measurements: bodyweight, body composition and circumferences such as waist and chest Example questions: - "Summarize my training last month." - "How has my bench press developed over the last six months?" - "Show my personal bests in the squat." - "Show my latest logged body measurements." Access is read-only. Claude cannot create, change or delete anything in your StrengthLog account, and data is only read when Claude needs it to answer you. Exercise names work in English and Swedish. Requirements: a StrengthLog account with an active Premium subscription, and Allow MCP connections turned on in the app under Profile > Settings > Connections & Data Sharing > StrengthLog MCP. You sign in with your StrengthLog account and approve access on a consent screen. Turning the switch off ends every connection.

Tools

get_body_measurements

ChatGPT
Body measurements the user has logged: bodyweight, height, body composition and circumferences such as waist, chest and thighs. Without measurement: the latest value per measure, when it was taken, and the change since the first value in the range. With measurement: every logged value for that one measure. Bodyweight is kg, circumferences and height are cm, body composition is a percentage. Only measures the user has actually logged show up.

get_records

ChatGPT
The user's personal bests, worked out from the log. Without exercise: the heaviest set per exercise with its rep count and date. With exercise: as in the app, the heaviest weight lifted for at least each rep count, and the set behind it. A rep count without a row takes the next row with more reps, so the first row is also the best single. Bodyweight is not counted, so a pull-up record is the added weight, and an assisted set is negative. A failed set counts one rep less. Cardio and mobility are left out. Weights are kg, dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Without from and to it covers the whole history.

get_sessions

ChatGPT
Detailed training sessions from StrengthLog, at most 50 per call. Each session starts with date, name, duration, bodyweight, self-ratings (sleep, form, stress, intake) and comment, followed by every block and set. Use for specific days or short periods. For longer periods use get_summary. Weights are kg, dates are YYYY-MM-DD, and the text follows the user's own language. Without from and to it reads the whole history, so give a range when the question is about a period.

get_summary

ChatGPT
Summary of the user's training. Without exercise: sessions and bodyweight per period, saved workouts, and per exercise the number of sessions and sets with first and last date. With exercise: per period sessions, sets, reps, top set, bodyweight, sets from emom, tabata, amrap and games, and which saved workouts it was done in. Periods run through the whole range up to today, so a period without training shows 0. Start here for questions about longer periods. Use get_sessions for details of specific days or to explain a change. Weights are kg, dates are YYYY-MM-DD, and the text follows the user's own language. Without from and to it reads the whole history, so give a range when the question is about a period. Personal bests are in get_records, body measurements in get_body_measurements.
