Overview

Supply FlowQC helps hospital and healthcare procurement teams find medical products, compare prices, and ask a distributor about availability, all from a ChatGPT conversation. Search the catalog by product name, description or category, or describe what you need in plain words. Each result shows the manufacturer, the manufacturer part number, and the lowest price across distributor offers. Look up distributors by name to see which are active and how many products each one carries. When you are ready to source a product, ask a distributor about availability or a quote. Supply FlowQC emails the distributor's procurement contact for you, with your address as the reply-to, so the conversation continues in your own inbox. An inquiry goes out only when you ask for one, and each account has a daily limit. Sign in with your Supply FlowQC account. You can see and revoke the connection at any time under Settings → Connected Apps. Supply FlowQC works with product and procurement data only and never asks for patient information.

Tools

get-supplier-info

ChatGPT
Search for distributors in the product catalog. Look up distributors by name or browse all distributors. Returns distributor details including product portfolio size and average pricing. WHEN TO USE: - To find a specific distributor by name - To evaluate distributor capabilities and pricing - To compare distributor portfolios - To resolve a distributor's slug before sending an inquiry This tool matches on distributor names only — it cannot filter by product category. To find who carries a given product, use search-products, whose results name the distributor behind each offer. RETURNS: - name: Distributor name - slug: Distributor identifier - status: Distributor status (active, inactive, etc.) - product_count: Number of products carried - avg_price: Average case price across all of this distributor's offers

search-products

ChatGPT
Search the product catalog. Text search across product names and descriptions. Use this as the primary way to find products in the catalog. WHEN TO USE: - To find products by name, description, or keyword (e.g., "emesis", "gloves", "suture") - To browse products in a category - As the first tool to try when looking for products Set semantic: true for natural-language queries that may not match exact product names (e.g., 'something to clean up vomit'). Results include a similarity score. RETURNS: - name: Product name - manufacturer_part_number: Manufacturer's part number (the canonical product ID) - category: Product category - description: Product description - manufacturer: Manufacturer name (from the related Manufacturer node) - unit_of_measure: The unit every price on this product is quoted in (ea, cs, bx, ...). A case and a box of the same part number are returned as separate products. - case_price: Best (minimum) case price across all distributor offers - unit_price: Best (minimum) price per unit_of_measure across all distributor offers - similarity: Similarity score (only when semantic=true)

send-distributor-inquiry

ChatGPT
Send a product-availability inquiry to a distributor. Emails the distributor's procurement contact on behalf of the authenticated user, with the SupplyFlowQC team CC'd and the user's address set as Reply-To. The distributor's email is looked up by slug — use get-supplier-info first if you don't already have it. WHEN TO USE: - The user wants to ask a distributor whether a product is in stock or how soon it can ship - The user wants to request a quote/availability for a specific quantity - After the user has identified a product (via search-products) and a target distributor REQUIREMENTS: - The user's SupplyFlow email address must be verified — an unverified account cannot send, and the call returns code email_not_verified. - Sends are capped per user per rolling 24 hours; over the cap the call returns code quota_exceeded. Neither is worth retrying. RETURNS: - id: SupplyFlow inquiry id (audit record) - status: "sent" on success - distributor_slug: the distributor that was contacted - product_name: the product the inquiry was about On failure, returns error with a machine-readable code instead.
