Overview
SurFox is an AI SMS lead-engagement platform. This connector lets an account administrator connect their own AI assistant (such as Claude) to their own SurFox account and ask it questions in plain English. What it can do: - Find a lead by phone number or email - List leads marked hot in a given window - Read the full conversation with one lead - List active campaigns - Get this cycle's text usage against the plan limit It is strictly read-only. It cannot send a message, change a record, or see billing or payment details. Privacy by design: phone numbers are always returned masked to the last four digits, whether they appear as a lead's own number or typed inside a message. Email addresses are returned in full. Message text written by leads or by SurFox's own AI is explicitly labeled as untrusted data in every response, so the assistant is told not to follow instructions hidden inside it. Access and control: a connection is approved by a SurFox account administrator on a consent screen that states exactly what will be shared. Access lasts 90 days and can be revoked at any time from Settings. Every read made through the connector is logged and visible to the account.
