Ask Claude to find a customer, check tomorrow's diary, see who is due or overdue, suggest customers to fill a gap, or update a record. It can send reminders to book and booking confirmations, and Claude asks before anything is sent, deleted or changed. You need a Sweep Certificates company on Premium.
