Overview

Sytex is a field operations platform. Teams use it to run projects, workflows and tasks, fill in forms in the field, and keep track of sites, materials, people and dashboards. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your Sytex organization. You can ask about your projects, tasks, forms, sites, materials and people; get status summaries, delayed work and open blockers; create, update and change the status of records; and get answers from Sytex's own guides and command reference. How it works: - You need an existing Sytex account. There is no sign-up here: you sign in with your Sytex credentials through OAuth. - Each connection works with one organization, chosen when you sign in. To work with another organization, disconnect and connect again. - Every read and every change runs with your own Sytex permissions. The assistant can never see or do more than you can in the Sytex web app. - Changes are real and take effect immediately in your organization, so the assistant should confirm them with you first. Deleting records is done in the Sytex web app. - Very large results are truncated; narrow the question (a project, a status, a date range) to get complete answers. - This plugin connects to Sytex's US cloud. Organizations hosted in Sytex's EU region are not available through it. Support: support@sytex.io

dashboards_apply

ChatGPT
Build a whole dashboard in one call: create the widgets a spec declares, place them by alias, wire the filters and validate, atomically.

dashboards_cookbook

ChatGPT
Print the base board for an entity — generated by the backend from that entity's own columns and this organization's status flows — plus the period tokens, the metric aggregates and the icon names.

dashboards_create

ChatGPT
Create a new dashboard.

dashboards_duplicate

ChatGPT
Copy a dashboard — its layout AND its own copies of every widget it owns — optionally renaming it and setting what its filters open on, in one call. This is the answer to 'the same board for another project/client/period': the source board is left untouched, and the copy is independent (editing its widgets does not touch the original's).

dashboards_edit

ChatGPT
Update dashboard metadata/filters (name, description, dashboard_filters, limit_by_supplier on|off).

dashboards_figures

ChatGPT
The numbers the board draws, under its own filters' defaults: every card's figure per its aggregate, its delta chip, and each chart or table's row count and series totals. Use this to check a figure.

dashboards_get

ChatGPT
Get dashboard details with layout and shares. To edit the board, read dashboards_spec instead: it carries every widget's definition.

dashboards_list

ChatGPT
List report dashboards.

dashboards_spec

ChatGPT
The board as the spec dashboards_apply takes: every widget it places, with its full definition, under its alias, and the layout and dashboard filters written against those aliases.

dashboards_tokens

ChatGPT
List the style tokens a dashboard may be written with (name, kind, light/dark preview). Style slots take a token NAME, never a hex.

dashboards_validate

ChatGPT
Validate a dashboard end to end: filter wiring, widget queries, card config, filter propagation, and the rows the board actually draws. Exits non-zero when a check fails.

form_templates_create

ChatGPT
Create a new form template.

form_templates_edit

ChatGPT
Edit an existing form template.

form_templates_edit_content

ChatGPT

List form templates with optional filters.

grids_get

ChatGPT
Get a grid's details: its definition, shares and workspaces.

kb_confirm

ChatGPT
Confirm the page: snapshot its current title, icon and content as a release, which is what help center readers see. Idempotent: a page with no changes since its last release creates nothing. A page of the hub's skill root (the base guide every organization installs) is held instead, and releases once its lint and eval checks pass.

sytex_guide

ChatGPT
Read a Sytex domain guide: what the entities mean, how they relate, status conventions, common workflows and gotchas. manual is the CLI manual, for its conceptual sections (errors, list conventions, bulk create). wizard is the wizard JSON config reference. org is the organization's own page (org:<name> if several): read it first, it wins over the guides. For a job beyond one fact, read map, then the job's own guide that the map's § Where to go names (e.g. armar-proceso), before planning. Without name, it lists the guides. Without section, a short guide is returned whole and a long one as its list of headings; section returns one heading's content. A long section is returned in numbered parts, each but the last naming the next part.

widgets_column_values

ChatGPT
Get distinct values for a column (the backend answers at most 200; a note on stderr says when the list stopped there).

widgets_columns

ChatGPT
The selectable columns and the filters of ONE entity, by the ids a definition writes. Prefer this over reading the whole schema.

widgets_create

ChatGPT
Create a new report widget.

widgets_drilldown

ChatGPT
The rows behind ONE mark of a widget — what a reader sees after clicking a bar, a slice or a KPI total. Run this before saying a drill-down works: it prints the row count first, and 0 rows is the chart that opens blank.
