create_short_link
ChatGPTUse when the user asks to create a T.LY short link for a public HTTP or HTTPS URL. Creates a guest link on t.ly. Does not manage accounts, custom domains, analytics, or existing links. Does not certify destination safety.
Overview
T.LY URL Shortener turns long URLs into short links you can share. Use it to shorten a website URL, article, event page, or campaign link without leaving the conversation. Destination query parameters and page fragments are preserved. T.LY receives the destination URL and stores the redirect. Guest links are not saved to a personal T.LY account. This version creates links on t.ly and does not edit links or read account analytics. Creation is subject to daily and shared service limits.
