Overview

Tafei Thailand Real-Estate Records is a read-only connector to Thailand's official, source-linked real-estate facts. Every item links its government source for verification: • Land appraisal — Treasury Department official datasets covering all 77 provinces (via data.go.th), plus the single-parcel official lookup. • Company registry — DBD juristic-person facts for Thai companies (entity information only, no personal data). • Approved-EIA project profiles — ONEP-approved environmental-impact records (currently Phuket, expanding to more provinces): owner, type, approval, status, area, and the official ONEP link. Tools: search records, get an EIA project, get a developer, list an area/zone, get land appraisal, and a coverage/data-dictionary call. Neutral and factual (no investment advice); entity names only (PDPA-safe); strictly read-only.

Tools

describe_coverage

Claude
Return the data dictionary: sources, coverage counts, rules and the neutrality/PDPA disclaimer. Call this first to understand what the server can answer.

get_developer

Claude
Return a juristic developer's official DBD registry facts (entity only — no personal data) and the verified EIA projects it holds. Look up by Thai entity name or 13-digit DBD id.

get_eia_project

Claude
Return one human-verified ONEP-approved EIA project profile by its id or slug: name, type, approval, status, owner (entity only), Thai area/zone (currently Phuket), and its official ONEP record link.

get_land_price

Claude
Return the Treasury Department official land/condo/building appraisal datasets (via data.go.th) and the single-parcel official lookup. Dataset links and guidance only — no raw per-parcel data.

list_zone

Claude
Without arguments: list the available area zones (currently Phuket, expanding). With a zone slug: the verified EIA projects, published profiles and juristic owners on record in that zone.

search_records

Claude
Search Tafei's verified, source-linked Thai real-estate records (ONEP-approved EIA project profiles and published project profiles). Neutral official facts, each linking its government source. Use for questions about approved projects, developers, hotels or condos in Thailand. Verified EIA coverage is currently Phuket (expanding to more provinces); the land-appraisal and company-registry tools are nationwide.
