Overview

Tassyir is the back office of e-commerce merchants in Algeria. Once a merchant connects their Tassyir business, ChatGPT can review sales (orders, confirmation and delivery rates, delivered revenue, ad spend, best sellers and top wilayas), work the order queue (list pending orders, confirm, cancel, schedule, assign and comment on them, dispatch confirmed orders to delivery and follow parcels until delivered or returned), manage the catalog (create and update products with sizes, colors and per-variant prices, categories and stock levels) and keep the books (record expenses and capital transactions). Every action runs with the merchant’s own Tassyir role permissions, on the one business they connected. Amounts are in Algerian dinars (DZD).

Tools

add_order_comment

ChatGPT
Add a comment/note to an order.

add_section

ChatGPT
Add a section to one page's DRAFT. index counts the page's MOVABLE sections, numbered by get_design (chrome and locked sections are fixed and not counted): index k puts the new section just before the k-th, and the count puts it after the last; omit it to add before the footer. An index out of range is refused with the valid range. Pass exactly one of type (a new section of that type, using its defaults), presetId (a ready-made preset from get_builder_schema), or sharedBlockId (a placement of an existing shared block — its content is stored once and stays in sync everywhere it is placed). meta sets the section's own fields beside settings; see update_section. Nothing goes live until publish_design, which must only be called after the merchant explicitly says yes.

adjust_inventory

ChatGPT
Update an inventory row (from get_inventory): set the stock quantity (recorded as a stock correction), the unit cost, the low-stock threshold or the location.

assign_orders

ChatGPT
Assign one or more orders to a team member (membership id from list_employees), or unassign them.

cancel_order

ChatGPT
Cancel an order (only if not yet dispatched).

confirm_order

ChatGPT
Confirm an order and assign it to you.

create_category

ChatGPT
Create a new product category, optionally with an image for its storefront tile (an https URL; upload_image turns an external link into one).

create_expense

ChatGPT
Record a business expense in DZD: one-time, recurring (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly), or charged per confirmed/delivered/returned order.

create_finance_transaction

ChatGPT
Record a capital transaction (money IN or OUT) in a currency.

create_order

ChatGPT
Create a new order for a customer. Requires name, phone, provinceCode and townOns (the same fields confirming an order demands) plus at least one order item. If the merchant connected WhatsApp, the customer receives a confirmation message.

create_product

ChatGPT
Create a product (needs a store, name, price, image). Can include options (Size, Color…) + the full variant matrix — one variant per option-value combination, each with its own price. Brand and tags go by name (brand, tags); collectionIds picks the collections it belongs to. Optional page fields: gallery (more https images), slug (its web address), metaTitle / metaDescription (search snippet), and the product card's label badge and cardCaption line.

deliver_order

ChatGPT
Mark an order as delivered.

dispatch_orders

ChatGPT
Dispatch one or more confirmed orders to delivery — creates the parcels with the delivery company (or the merchant's own courier).

get_analytics_overview

ChatGPT
Sales summary for a date range (default: the last 30 days): orders, confirmation rate, delivered revenue, delivery and return rates, ad spend, net profit, top products and top wilayas.

get_builder_schema

ChatGPT
The storefront builder's reference, one part at a time: "overview" (the default: every section type with its purpose, pages and style keys, plus the limits), "section" with a sectionType (its settings schema, defaults and ready-made presets), "theme" (theme settings, allowed values, font pairings), "motion" or "limits". Read it before editing a design.

get_design

ChatGPT
Read a store's current design at a glance: theme essentials, chrome, shared blocks and each page's sections — or one page with page, or one section in full with sectionId. Each movable section carries its index, the position add_section and move_section take; chrome and locked sections are marked fixed and have none. source picks the DRAFT (default) or the PUBLISHED design. Read get_design_guide first (the rules and workflow) and get_builder_schema for the settings each section type accepts. The dashboard's own autosave can overwrite these edits while the merchant has the store builder open in the editor — ask them to close or reload it first.

get_design_guide

ChatGPT
The rules and the workflow for restyling a Tassyir store (restyle without copying the reference, cash on delivery, Arabic first, no fake urgency, publish only on the merchant's word). Default: the rules, the workflow and a table of contents; section (a number or a title) returns another part, "all" the whole guide. Read it before any design change.

get_employee_analytics

ChatGPT

get_finance_summary

ChatGPT
Working capital, stock in/out, salaries and liabilities.

get_inventory

ChatGPT

lookup_town

ChatGPT
Resolve an Algerian town name (Latin or Arabic) to its ONS code (townOns) and wilaya (provinceCode). Use before create_order when you only have a town name.

move_section

ChatGPT
Reorder a section within its page's DRAFT. toIndex is the section's FINAL position (0-based) among the page's MOVABLE sections, the index get_design shows — chrome (announcement bar, header, footer) and locked sections are fixed and not counted. Or give beforeSectionId/afterSectionId to place it relative to another section instead. A position out of range is refused with the valid range; moving a section to where it already is changes nothing and says so. Nothing goes live until publish_design, which must only be called after the merchant explicitly says yes.

publish_design

ChatGPT
Publish the current DRAFT of a store's design live (copies draft → published) and refreshes the storefront cache. Only call this after the merchant has seen the result — for example with render_preview — and explicitly said yes: this changes the public storefront.

remove_section

ChatGPT
Remove a section from one page's DRAFT. If the section is a placement of a shared block, this removes it from THIS PAGE ONLY — the block, and its placements on other pages, are untouched. Nothing goes live until publish_design, which must only be called after the merchant explicitly says yes.

render_preview

ChatGPT
Render one page of a store's design as phone and desktop screenshots, from the DRAFT (default, a 10-minute signed link) or the PUBLISHED design (its public URL), so the merchant can see the result before publishing. page defaults to home, or to the product page with a productId / the category page with a categoryId (one of the two, only on its own page). Screenshots are paced by the page renderer: a call can take about 15–25 s on its free tier — wait for it rather than calling again. Draft screenshots need the frontend's token-preview page to be live — until then this returns just the signed preview link, with a note. If the page renderer is not configured on this server, returns the link/URL and a note instead of an image. Always give the merchant the link from the answer (previewUrl for the draft, url for the published page): some clients do not show the screenshots to them.

restore_design_version

ChatGPT
Restore a past published version of the design into the DRAFT only — not live until publish_design. Use list_design_versions for the versionId.

return_order

ChatGPT
Mark an order as returned (applies refund fees).

schedule_order

ChatGPT
Schedule an order for a later date (a future date only).

set_product_active

ChatGPT
Toggle whether a product is active (an inactive product is hidden from the storefront).

update_category

ChatGPT
Update an existing product category: its name, description, image (the storefront tile's picture, an https URL — upload_image turns an external link into one; null removes it) or isActive (false hides it from the storefront). Only the fields sent change; its products and conditions are untouched.

update_order

ChatGPT
Update the customer details (name, phone, address, wilaya, town) of an order not yet dispatched, or move it to a custom status (from list_custom_statuses). Confirming, cancelling and scheduling have their own tools.

update_product

ChatGPT
Update an existing product, including its options + variant matrix. Keep a variant/option id to update it in place; omit the id to add a new one. Also sets the brand and tags by name (brand, tags), replaces the collections it is picked into (collectionIds), and the page fields: gallery (replaces the extra images), slug, metaTitle / metaDescription, and the card's label / cardCaption (null clears them).

update_section

ChatGPT
Update one section's settings and/or meta in the DRAFT (merged into what's already there). meta sets the section's own fields beside settings (padding, visibility, colorScheme, background, dividers, titleSize, eyebrow, themeOverride, the motion switches…), each replaced whole — padding needs top and bottom. If the section is a placement of a shared block, this edits the block itself — the change appears on every page the block is placed on — except meta.enabled, which only hides or shows THIS ONE placement. Nothing goes live until publish_design, which must only be called after the merchant explicitly says yes.

update_store_settings

ChatGPT
Update a store profile (partial): name, description, logo, subdomain, language, status, delivery fee group/agent, and the Meta / TikTok / Snapchat pixel ids with their auto-track switches. Three SEPARATE Google products, never interchangeable: Google Ads (googleAdsId AW-…, fires a conversion only together with googleConversionLabel, switch setUpGoogleAdsEvent), Google Analytics 4 (googleAnalyticsId G-…, switch setUpGoogleAnalyticsEvent) and Google Tag Manager (googleTagManagerId GTM-…, no switch). Send null for deliveryFeeGroupId/deliveryAgentId to clear. Conversions API tokens are set in the Tassyir dashboard only.

update_theme

ChatGPT
Patch the store's theme (colors, fonts, radius, spacing…) in the DRAFT only — merged into the current values, nothing else changes. See get_builder_schema (part: "theme") for the allowed keys and values. Custom CSS cannot be set here: the merchant edits it in the Tassyir store builder. Nothing goes live until publish_design, which must only be called after the merchant explicitly says yes.

upload_image

ChatGPT
Re-host an image from a public URL onto the Tassyir CDN and return the cdn.tassyir.io URL. Use this to turn an external image link into a usable product image URL. For a stock photo, pass attribution (provider, photographer, the photo's page, licence): it is kept in the business's activity log next to the new URL.

validate_design

ChatGPT
Check the STORED draft or published design (source, default draft) against the builder's validator — the same one every save goes through. Returns error/warning counts and up to 10 of each with their path, so you know exactly what to fix before publishing. Takes no config: it always checks what is actually stored, never a proposed one.

whoami

ChatGPT
Show the connected business name and your role in it.
