Connect Claude to TecPass to analyze access activity in the community you manage. Ask questions in plain language and build reports from the real records of your doors, turnstiles and gates. What you can ask about - Entries, exits and denied attempts by day, hour, weekday, access point or opening method (QR, vehicle TAG, remote opening, sensor). - Remote-opening usage by time window, for example inside versus outside parking hours. - Visitors who checked in but never checked out that day. - Visitors registered with or without an ID document, and who registered them (concierge, administration or residents). - Denied attempts grouped by reason: unrecognized tag, anti-passback, parking full, expired QR, and more. - Your community's access points, their configuration and their latest activity. Security - Only community administrators can connect, signing in with their TecPass account. - Access is limited to the community chosen during authorization; other communities' data cannot be queried. - Read-only: it cannot open doors or change permissions, schedules or settings. - Every query is logged.
