Overview
teem gives a product team one inbox for customer chat, a public board where customers request and vote on features, a changelog, and a help center. With the teem connector, ask Claude who's waiting for a reply, what customers ask for most, and what shipped last month. Claude drafts replies, changelog entries and help articles from your real conversations and votes. Replies, status changes and publishing happen only when you approve them. When a request ships, teem emails every customer who voted for it. When you connect, you pick one teem organization and see what Claude may do there. Disconnect any time in Settings → API & MCP.
