Overview
TendMyStore connects Claude to your WooCommerce store. Find and update products, manage inventory and orders, create coupons, and read sales reports through conversation. Manage products and variations, prices, stock, categories, images by URL, reviews, customers, shipping zones, tax rates, store settings and webhooks. Import and export products as CSV, export orders, and generate printable invoices and packing slips. Sensitive operations—including deletions, bulk changes, customer emails, refund records and settings changes—show a preview and require confirmation. Changes are recorded in a 30-day history, and most can be undone. Permanent deletions cannot be undone. TendMyStore never moves money. Refunds are recorded in WooCommerce; payment refunds remain with you and your payment provider. Payment credentials are never read or changed. To connect, enter your store address, sign in to WordPress and approve TendMyStore on your store’s approval screen. Your WordPress login password stays with WordPress. Approval creates a separate application password that TendMyStore stores encrypted and that you can revoke under Users > Profile > Application Passwords. Access follows the approving WordPress account’s permissions. Use a Shop Manager account for less access than an administrator. A WooCommerce key approval flow is available when application-password approval is unavailable.
