Overview

The AR Agent chases overdue invoices for small businesses. It reads your accounting system and your mailbox, works out what each customer needs, and drafts the emails. Every message waits for your approval before anything is sent. With the plugin you can ask, in plain words: - Who owes me money, and how late is it? - Why hasn't a customer paid? What did they last say? - Who has promised to pay, and did they? - Chase a customer: the agent writes the follow-up and leaves it in the app for you to approve. The plugin reads your book and can ask for a draft. It cannot send an email, approve a draft, or change anything in your accounting system. An account with nothing owed, or one you have paused, is refused with the reason. Requires an AR Agent account connected to Xero or QuickBooks and to Gmail.

Has the AR Agent write the next email to one customer about what they owe, and leaves it in the AR Agent app for a person to approve. Nothing is sent to the customer by this tool, and the draft is only ever sent by approving it in the AR Agent app. If a draft is already waiting, that draft is returned instead of a new one being written. Use this when the user asks to chase, follow up with or remind a customer. Some accounts cannot be drafted for, for example when the case is paused or nothing is owed, and the result says why.
