Overview

TripleWin is a hotel marketplace for Armenia where travelers name the price they want to pay per night. Hotels accept the bid, decline it or make a counter-offer. Ask Claude about a trip to Armenia and it can tell you about destinations such as Dilijan, Lake Sevan, Tsaghkadzor, Jermuk and Yerevan: what each is known for, the best seasons and the drive from Yerevan. It can also answer questions about how TripleWin works and share articles from the TripleWin blog. None of this needs an account. When you want to bid, connect your TripleWin account (or create one free). Claude then gives you the smallest bid worth sending for your destination and room, and helps you choose your price. It can give you a link to TripleWin's bid form with everything filled in, or send the bid for you once you confirm the details in the chat. A bid is a request, not a booking. TripleWin reviews each bid and sends it to hotels in that destination. You are emailed when a hotel answers, and you see offers, accept one and pay in your account on triplewin.am. Nothing is charged in Claude, and no payment details are asked for there. Prices are per room per night in Armenian dram (AMD).

Tools

get_bid_price_guidance

Claude
For one TripleWin destination, gives the smallest bid per night worth sending for the kind of room the traveller needs (room type and how many guests share it); a lower bid is unlikely to get an offer. Call it before suggesting a price, so the traveller bids an amount hotels can accept. It does not show hotels, rooms or their prices. Prices are per room per night in AMD.

get_blog_post

Claude
Returns the text of one article from TripleWin's blog, by the id list_blog_posts gives.

get_site_info

Claude
General information about TripleWin that needs no account: what it is, how bidding for a hotel stay works, the frequently asked questions (cancellation, fees, how long hotels take to answer), how to contact the team, and links to the website's pages. Use it for questions about TripleWin itself.

list_amenities

Claude
Lists the hotel amenities, such as a pool, parking or a spa, that a TripleWin bid can ask hotels for. Use it when the traveller needs something specific, to get the exact names submit_bid takes. It does not say which hotels have them.

list_blog_posts

Claude
Lists the articles on TripleWin's blog, newest first: travel in Armenia, hotel booking and how bidding works. Gives each one's title, summary, date and link. Use get_blog_post to read one.

list_destinations

Claude
Lists the towns and resorts in Armenia, such as Yerevan, Dilijan, Tsaghkadzor, Sevan and Jermuk, where a traveller can bid for a hotel stay on TripleWin: what each place is known for, what kind of trip it suits, its best seasons and how far it is from Yerevan. Needs no account. Use it to help someone choose where to stay and to get the exact destination name the other TripleWin tools take. It gives no prices: get_bid_price_guidance does, once the traveller has connected their TripleWin account.

prepare_bid

Claude
Checks a traveller's hotel bid for a destination in Armenia and returns a link to TripleWin's bid form with the destination, dates, guests, rooms and price filled in. It does not place the bid: the traveller opens the link, reviews the bid and submits it. Share the link with the traveller together with the summary. Use get_bid_price_guidance first when the traveller has not chosen a price.

submit_bid

Claude
Sends the signed-in traveller's hotel bid to TripleWin: destination, dates, guests, rooms and the price they offer per room per night. Only call it once the traveller has seen all of these and confirmed them. TripleWin reviews the bid, then sends it to hotels in the destination, which accept it, decline it or make a counter-offer. Use get_bid_price_guidance first so the price is one hotels can accept.
