update_study_session

Available only to the app UI. Send sessionId, accessToken and version; answer, reveal and next also require questionId. For answers send selectedOptionIds, answerText, or remembered after flashcard reveal. Retrying starts a new round and replaces current missed attempts. Restart clears current answers and progress, retaining questions and completed round results; obtain explicit learner confirmation before confirmRestart: true. Submit answers only from card interactions. Exact scoring retries with the same version do not apply twice. Operates only on this private session; never publishes or sends messages. Study results include a save-only account link in widget-only metadata; the card opens it directly when the learner chooses to save.
