convert_idea
ChatGPTPuts an idea on the calendar as a post, on a day and optionally at a time inside the workspace's hours (get_workspace_options). The draft becomes the script; the references, format, pillar and platforms go along; the post starts as not started. The idea stays on the board, pointing at the post. Only admins and strategists can do this.
create_idea
ChatGPTPuts an idea on the board, with no day: a title, and optionally a draft, links to what inspired it, a format, a pillar and platforms. It is signed by this account. Read get_workspace_options first for the ids and for the brand — an idea that sounds like this client is worth more than ten generic ones.
create_post
ChatGPTPuts a new post on a day, and optionally at a time. The format must be one the workspace has, and the time must be inside the hours it publishes in — get_workspace_options lists both. With kind="task" it creates work instead of something to publish — "gravar", "editar", "aprovar com o cliente". A task has no format, no status, no caption and no platforms; it has a title, a day, optionally an hour, whoever is on it, and a tick. Pass no formatId for one.
get_idea
ChatGPTEverything about an idea: its draft, its references (links and files), its format, pillar and platforms, and the conversation on it.
get_post
ChatGPTEverything about a post: its script, its caption, the files on it and where their review stands.
get_workspace_options
ChatGPTThe ids create_post and update_post expect, the hours the workspace publishes in, and what the brand is made of. Formats, states, the day and the brand are each workspace's own — never guess them. Read this before writing a script: the pillars and the brand are what keep it from sounding like anybody.
list_ideas
ChatGPTA workspace's ideas: what it wants to post and has given no day yet, newest first. By default only the open ones; the ones that already became a post point at it.
list_pending_reviews
ChatGPTThe files somebody still has to approve or send back, across the workspace. A file counts as waiting when no verdict names it. Use this for any question about approvals — what is waiting for the client, what still needs review — rather than reading the calendar: a task called "Approve…" is planned work, not a file under review.
list_posts
ChatGPTThe content planned for a workspace between two days, in calendar order, and the work planned with it. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD and both ends are included. Tasks are marked [task] and carry a tick; use kind to ask for only one of the two. It does not say which files are waiting for approval — list_pending_reviews does.
list_teams
ChatGPTThe Tucan workspaces this account belongs to. Use the returned id for every other tool. Workspaces whose plan is not paid are listed and marked, but their posts cannot be read.
move_post
ChatGPTMoves a post. Pass time as null to take its hour off and leave it on the day. The time must be inside the hours the workspace publishes in — get_workspace_options says which. A minute another post already has is refused.
search_posts
ChatGPTPosts whose title, script, caption or pillar contain the text. Looks at the 300 most recent posts, newest first.
update_idea
ChatGPTChanges an idea's title, draft, format, pillar or platforms, and adds links to its references. Only the fields given are touched. The draft is replaced whole: to build on it, read it with get_idea first. An idea that already became a post is refused — change the post instead.
update_post
ChatGPTChanges a post's title, script, caption, state, pillar, format, platforms or who is on it. Only the fields given are touched. To change the day or hour use move_post. On a task, the fields a task has: title, script (its notes), who is on it, and done. The rest is refused rather than quietly dropped.
