ChatGPTMove a record to another status (label or key) along its workflow. Some moves need approval: the result's outcome is then pending_approval and an approver is asked — that is a success, not an error.
Overview
UNCLE is the business system you build by describing it. This plugin connects ChatGPT to the UNCLE workspaces you belong to, so you can work with your records without leaving the chat. What it can do: - List the modules in a workspace (Orders, Customers, Products, ...) and describe their fields and workflow. - Search records by text and by field values, count them, and open one record with every field you can see. - Create records and update their fields. - Move a record to its next status. When a step needs approval, UNCLE opens an approval request instead. - List the requests waiting for your approval, and approve or reject them. Limits: - It never deletes anything, and it does not change modules, fields or workflows. Build those in the UNCLE app. - It acts as you: your role's permissions, hidden fields and approval rules all apply, exactly as in the app. - Files, images and calculated fields are read-only here.

describe_module

list_my_approvals
ChatGPTList the status changes and other requests waiting for this user's approval in a workspace. Decide them with decide_approval.
