Overview
Connect Claude to your organization’s freight billing records in Upwell. Look up customer invoices and open exceptions, payment status, receivables aging, shipper-portal status and activity; inspect remittance advice, payment records, bank transactions and customer statements; search customers and carriers; check carrier invoices, bills and shipment stops; read attached proofs of delivery, bills of lading, rate confirmations and internal notes. Results follow the signed-in user’s existing Upwell workspace and role permissions. The connector is read-only: it cannot approve invoices, update records, send communications, make payments or move money. Record links open the corresponding Upwell page after sign-in. Document downloads expire; document text/page availability depends on prior processing.
