Overview
The Uspacy connector links Claude to your Uspacy workspace. Claude can look things up across your portal, keep CRM records and tasks up to date, and log your work, all in plain language. It signs in as you, so every action runs with your own permissions on your own portal. Key features CRM: Browse leads, deals, contacts, companies and custom entities, filtered on any field, and see each pipeline's stages. Create and update records, and move deals and leads through the pipeline. Tasks: Find tasks by group, status, assignee, text, deadline, priority or custom fields. Create, update and complete them. Activities and comments: List and log calls, meetings, emails and chats on CRM records. Read comment threads and post comments on tasks and records. Files: List, fetch and upload files (text or binary) to CRM cards, tasks and comments. The uploader or a portal admin can delete them. People and search: Look up colleagues by name, department or status, and see who you're signed in as. Search users, groups, the news feed, tasks and CRM records in one query. Secure sign-in: Sign in with OAuth and PKCE to your Uspacy account. Your password never reaches Claude. Clear about side effects: 19 tools only read and 10 write, and each is annotated. Tools that overwrite or delete data (updates, stage moves, completing tasks, deleting files) are marked destructive, so Claude can ask before running them. Privacy: The server has no database, and request and response contents never reach its logs.
