Overview

Search and compare real estate in Albania from ChatGPT. V2V helps users find apartments, villas, houses and new builds for sale or rent using structured filters such as city, budget, property type and distance to the sea. Results include listing facts, market context and source links so users can continue due diligence on v2v.al or with the original listing source.

DATA TOOL. Fetch a single listing by v2v short_code (preferred) or listing_id+site. Returns structured facts, v2v analytics, source name, one preview photo, and v2vUrl. Never partner description, gallery, contact, or source URL — those stay on v2v.al.

render_listings_widget

Optional refine/re-show of the explorer. Usually NOT needed — search_listings already opens the map. Use only to filter listing_ids or re-open the widget. Same filters are served from a short cache when identical. max_age=3m|6m|1y|2y|3y|any — same publication window as search_listings (ChatGPT default: rent 3 months, sale 1 year).

List neighbourhood / district profiles for a city (optional near_sea / area_fit). Only when the user asks where to live / which area — not for listing search. Then call search_listings with district=<name>.

Pass full user text in q; set mode, city, near_sea as needed. max_age=3m|6m|1y|2y|3y|any — listing publication window; omit for ChatGPT default (rent last 3 months, sale last 1 year); use any when the user wants older or all listings. Set locale=uk|ru|sq|en to match the user language (fallback en). Do not call render_listings_widget for the same search. Links are v2v.al only. Results are facts + one preview photo — full description and gallery stay on v2v.al.
