Overview
VauPrime connects ChatGPT to a user's VauPrime accounting workspace. Users can securely view organizations, customer details, complete account ledgers, product information, live stock status, and high-level business summaries. Access is authenticated through VauPrime OAuth and scoped to the user's authorized organizations. Current plugin actions are read-only and do not create, edit, or delete accounting records.

get_customer
ChatGPTGet purpose-limited read-only customer accounting details by the customer/account name inside one authorized VauPrime organization. Contact details, postal address, GSTIN/tax identifiers, internal account ids, internal organization ids, and unrelated metadata are intentionally not returned.
get_customer_ledger
ChatGPTFetch the customer ledger directly in one tool call using the same current-financial-year snapshot opening and get_account_ledger_rpc calculation used by the VauPrime ledger screen. Treat ledger opening/closing and entries as the source of truth for the requested range; the separate accounts.balance master field is intentionally omitted to avoid mixing lifetime/master balance with financial-year ledger balance. If the user names both organization and customer, pass organization_name and account_name directly.
get_ledger
ChatGPTFetch an account/party/customer/supplier ledger using the same current-financial-year snapshot opening and get_account_ledger_rpc calculation used by the VauPrime ledger screen. Ledger opening, debit, credit, running, and closing balances are authoritative for the requested date range; the separate accounts.balance master field is intentionally not returned. If the user names an organization, pass organization_name directly instead of calling get_organizations first.
get_organizations
ChatGPTList VauPrime organizations available to the connected account. Returns only the organization id required to scope other tools, display name, and currency. Internal FVS ids, branch codes, addresses, and unrelated metadata are omitted.
get_products
ChatGPTQuery VauPrime product master data. When the user names the organization, pass organization_name directly and do not call get_organizations first.
get_stock_status
ChatGPTFetch transaction-derived stock status directly. If the user names an organization, pass organization_name in this same call instead of calling get_organizations first. This is the preferred tool for current stock, stock valuation, low/out-of-stock status, and recent movement.
get_vauprime_status
ChatGPTVerify that the VauPrime MCP integration is online and reachable. This public tool does not access user or business data.
search_customers
ChatGPTSearch authorized customer accounts by customer/account name or accounting classification. Results contain only purpose-limited accounting identity and balance fields; customer contact, address, tax identifiers, and internal account ids are not read for matching or returned.
