Overview
VivaDialog is a command center for social media inboxes. Its MCP server lets the AI app you already use work in one VivaDialog workspace, with the same rules as the dashboard. What it can read: comments and DM conversations from your connected channels, the messages in a conversation, internal notes, tags, scheduled follow-ups, contacts and saved segments, automation rules and flows, your plan and this period's usage, and inbox analytics. It can test a rule against a sample message, or run a flow through a sample conversation, without sending or saving anything. What it can do, if you allow it: when you connect, Read-only is on. Turn it off to switch on any of four groups, each off by default: - send replies to customers (DMs and comment replies), - organize the inbox (status, assignment, tags, stars, internal notes, read state, cancelling a follow-up), - manage contacts (stage, segments), - manage automations (create, change, turn off, and delete rules and flows). Rules and flows the app creates or changes are saved turned off; they are turned on only in the VivaDialog dashboard. It can never change billing, users, channels, or settings. Each workspace and app gets up to 100 requests a minute. An app can send up to 20 messages and make up to 60 other changes a minute. Channels: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, and email, plus YouTube comments, which can be read but not answered. WhatsApp is not supported. TikTok posts are not available through MCP. Sign-in is OAuth. Only owners and admins of a workspace can approve an app. Under Settings > Developer > Connected apps you see each app, what it may do, when it was last used, and what it changed in the last 90 days. You can disconnect it at any time. Workspaces on an active paid plan can connect. The free trial cannot.
