Overview

Wandcase Creator makes social media designs and short videos in your own Creator workspace, following your brand kit: your logos, colours, fonts and voice. Ask for an Instagram post, a story, a carousel or a short vertical video and Creator builds it as a real, editable project, shows you a preview, and checks it for problems such as text that does not fit. Ask for changes in the conversation, or open the project in Creator's editor right inside ChatGPT and change it by hand; edits from both appear live. Every change is saved as a revision you can go back to. You can also start from your workspace's templates, bring in images, footage and audio from a link or your Creator Drive, set up a brand kit from your website (adding a logo file you attach), and export finished designs (PNG, JPEG, WebP) and videos (MP4, WebM). If you have connected Instagram or Facebook accounts in Creator, it can draft a post for a time you choose; nothing is ever published until you approve it in Creator. Who it is for: small businesses, creators and marketing teams who make content for social media. What to know: you need a Wandcase Creator account. Each connection works in one workspace you choose when you sign in, never with more permission than you have there, and you can limit or end it in Creator under Settings, Agents. Exports use credits from your workspace. Creator cannot delete projects, change billing or post without your approval.

Tools

add_captions

ChatGPT
Add single caption lines for a file on a caption track.

add_clips

ChatGPT
Add clips to a track: scene clips (design elements, a background and optional footage under them) or audio clips. Clips on a track never overlap; each starts at the end of the track unless start says otherwise. Name a clip with ref to use it later in the call.

add_elements

ChatGPT
Add text, shapes, images or groups to a design (or to a video's scene clip with clip_id), on top unless index says otherwise (0 is the back). Leave out ids and defaults; name an element with ref to use it later in the call. Catalogue fonts are added to the document for you. Read get_guide topic design-editing first.

add_motions

ChatGPT
Animate elements of scene clips with the editor's motion presets. Entrances (phase "enter" or "exit"): fade, rise, focus-in, blur-rise, drop, elastic-drop, slide-left, slide-right, fly-up, diagonal, pop, zoom, zoom-down, spin, swing, bounce, overshoot. Emphasis (phase "clip"): float, pulse, shake, wobble, rock, heartbeat, blink, nod, jelly, focus-pull.

add_tracks

ChatGPT
Add scene, audio or caption tracks to a video; new tracks go on top unless index says otherwise (0 is the bottom). Read get_guide topic video-editing first.

align_elements

ChatGPT
Centre elements on another element (a label on its badge or button) or on the page, measuring text by the glyphs the export draws. Never compute centring yourself. The elements and the target must share a group (or all be at the top level for the page).

browse_projects

ChatGPT
The person's recent designs and videos as a panel beside this conversation, to open one in the editor or point at it.

cancel_post

ChatGPT
Cancel a post that has not been published. Accounts it was already sent to are not affected.

check_project

ChatGPT
A problem report, without a picture: text that overflows its box or is cut off at the edge (measured with the export's own text layout), characters the font lacks, text too small or too low in contrast, elements off the canvas, and for videos stretches with nothing on screen, footage or sound that runs out before its clip ends, and captions that never show. Run it after editing and before export_project or schedule_post; each problem names the element or clip and how to fix it. Free.

compose_post

ChatGPT
Show the person a form to post a project: which connected accounts, the caption (one for all, or one per account), each network's own settings, and when. Use it when they want to post and choose the details themselves; prefill caption and publish_at with your suggestion. In hosts that cannot show forms, it returns the accounts so you can use schedule_post instead. Nothing is published without their approval in Creator.

confirm_upload

ChatGPT
After the PUT from create_upload: checks the bytes arrived intact and makes the file usable in the project (project_id) or the brand kit (brand_kit_id).

create_brand_kit

ChatGPT
Create a brand kit with what the person confirmed: name, website, a short description, voice (how the brand writes), named colours, a heading and a body font, and logos from public URLs. The workspace's first kit becomes its default. Logos the person attached or keeps on their machine go in afterwards with add_brand_logo.

create_project

ChatGPT
Create a new design or video: from a template (template_id, see list_library), from a whole document (see get_guide design or video), or empty at a size (and fps for videos) — a video with one empty scene track. It follows a brand kit: brand_kit_id, else the workspace's default; the result lists the kit's colours, fonts and logos to use. Needs the workspace to have a brand kit (see get_guide topic brand). role "template" makes a new template for the workspace instead (get_guide topic templates): build it, then publish_template. Returns its id and editor link.

create_upload

ChatGPT
For a file on the agent's own machine: returns a one-time upload URL to PUT the bytes to (with the headers given), then call confirm_upload. Give the file's exact size and SHA-256. For a project (project_id): images, video, audio and fonts up to 1 GB; not SVG. For a brand kit's logo (brand_kit_id): a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF. Files on the web are simpler with import_asset or add_brand_logo.

delete_captions

ChatGPT
Remove caption lines, or with all: true every caption of that file. Undo with restore_revision.

delete_clips

ChatGPT
Remove clips from a video. Undo with restore_revision.

delete_elements

ChatGPT
Remove elements from a design (or from a video's scene clip with clip_id); a group goes with its children. Undo with restore_revision.

delete_tracks

ChatGPT
Remove tracks and every clip on them. Undo with restore_revision.

duplicate_clips

ChatGPT
Copy clips; each copy goes right after its source, which needs room there.

duplicate_elements

ChatGPT
Copy elements (a group with everything in it); each copy goes right above its source. Move it with update_elements.

editor_activity

ChatGPT
Used by Creator's editor view: what changed in an open project since a revision.

editor_report

ChatGPT
Used by Creator's views: tells Creator that the view opened, or what went wrong in it.

editor_request

ChatGPT
Used by Creator's editor view: one of its own requests, on this connection.

export_project

ChatGPT
Render a design (PNG, JPEG, WebP) or video (MP4, WebM) to a file, as the person would from Creator. Spends credits (1 per design, 10 per started video minute), within this connection's daily limit; dry_run tells you the price first. Returns a job_id: follow it with get_job for progress and the download link. Asking again for the same export returns the same job. If it may be posted, make it JPEG (design) or MP4 (video) at full size: once it finishes, schedule_post posts this file instead of exporting again.

generate_music

ChatGPT
Render a JSON music score and place it on an audio track of a video project ("Music" unless place names another). The score can take its length and cut points from the project or a voice clip. 0 credits today. Read get_guide topic music for the score format. Asking again for the same score returns the same job. Returns a job_id: check it with get_job.

generate_voice

ChatGPT
Speak text in a voice (list_voices) and place the clip on a Voice track of a video project. Costs 1 credit per started 200 characters, within this connection's daily limit; the same text and voice again is free. captions: true adds word-timed captions, also free. Returns a job_id: check progress and get the timings with get_job. get_guide topic voice says how to choose a voice and cut scenes on the timings.

get_account_options

ChatGPT
For a TikTok account: who can view posts, whether comments, duet and stitch are allowed, and the longest video it can post. Offer these choices; the person confirms them when approving.

get_brand_kit

ChatGPT
One brand kit in full: colours, fonts, voice and logos (place a logo in a project with import_asset brand_logo_id). Without brand_kit_id, the workspace's default.

get_context

ChatGPT
Start here. Returns the workspace you are connected to, what you may do in it, the person's timezone, their credit balance, the brand kit its designs follow (or that it needs one first) and the editing guide's topics.

get_guide

ChatGPT
How Creator's designs and videos are built: the document model, fonts and limits. Read 'overview' once, then the topic you need.

get_job

ChatGPT
The state of a job from export_project or transcribe: progress, the download link when an export is ready, or the captions' status.

get_performance

ChatGPT
Views, likes, comments, shares and engagement rate of the posts published from Creator, per post and per network, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, compared with the period before. Use it to say what worked and what to make more of. vs_usual compares a post with the same account's recent posts of its kind. Also each connected account's followers and what the period added.

get_post

ChatGPT
A post's status for each account, its published links, and why anything failed.

get_project

ChatGPT
A project's details and a compact outline of its content: every element (or track and clip) with its id, frame, text and fill. Usually all you need before making or describing a change.

group_elements

ChatGPT
Put sibling elements into one new group without moving them, to move, align or hide them together.

import_asset

ChatGPT
Add an image, video, audio or font file to a project, from a public https URL, from the workspace's Drive (drive_file_id; find it with list_drive_files) or a brand kit's logo (brand_logo_id; see get_brand_kit). Returns its resource_id: an image element's resourceId, a clip's media.resourceId or an audio clip's resourceId. Up to 100 MB from a URL.

insert_component

ChatGPT
Place a published design component (see list_library) into a design, or into one clip of a video (clip_id), as a single group at x, y (centred by default). Its files come with it. Returns the new group's id.

inspect_website

ChatGPT
Reads a website's name, description, colours, fonts (matched to Creator's catalogue) and likely logo images, to propose a brand kit. Stores nothing. Confirm the proposal with the person, then create_brand_kit.

list_brand_kits

ChatGPT
The workspace's brand kits (logos, colours, fonts and voice), the default first. Designs and videos follow the kit a project names, else the default. An empty list means the workspace needs one before its first project: see create_brand_kit.

list_drive_files

ChatGPT
Files in the workspace's Drive, newest first, with an optional name search. Bring one into a project with import_asset.

list_library

ChatGPT
The workspace's published components (reusable pieces, e.g. a branded title card) and templates (whole designs or videos to start from), then Creator's built-in library (role "library": styled text for designs, animated titles, lower thirds, intros and outros for videos; role "library template": finished designs and videos at a format's size). Insert a design component or library text with insert_component; start from a template, a library template or a video library item with create_project template_id.

list_posts

ChatGPT
The workspace's posts between two dates (default: the next 30 days and the past 7), or only those waiting for approval.

list_projects

ChatGPT
Designs and videos in the workspace, most recently changed first, across all folders. Filter by kind, role or a name search; page with next_cursor.

list_revisions

ChatGPT
A project's saved revisions, newest first: who saved each and whether an agent did it for them.

list_social_accounts

ChatGPT
The social media accounts connected to this workspace, whether each can be posted to, and — with project_id — which post types each accepts for that project (e.g. reel, story, feed).

list_template_categories

ChatGPT
The categories (industries) and formats search_templates filters by, with how many templates each has: Creator's library and the workspace's own. Only library templates have categories; the workspace's own count under their format.

list_templates

ChatGPT
The workspace's own templates (whole designs and videos people start from), published or not, with whether each has unpublished changes. Start a project from one with create_project template_id; Creator's built-in templates are in list_library.

list_voices

ChatGPT
The voices generate_voice can speak in, with what each suits and a sample to listen to. available says whether voice generation is on here.

move_clips

ChatGPT
Move clips in time, or to another track of the same kind. Refused if it would overlap a neighbour: move or shorten the later clips first, in the same call.

new_design

ChatGPT
Open Creator to start a new design: the person picks its format (a post, a story, a custom size) and lands in the editor. Nothing is created until they choose. To make one yourself, use create_project.

open_brand

ChatGPT
Open Creator's Brand page here, so the person can set up or change their brand kit themselves: read it from their website, upload logos from their computer (SVG too), pick colours and fonts. With no kit yet it opens straight on the setup, read from website when you give one; with brand_kit_id, on that kit. Use during onboarding when they would rather do it themselves, or to add a logo file they cannot attach here. You are told when they save it.

open_creator

ChatGPT
Open Wandcase Creator for the person: their recent designs and videos, each one click away from the editor. Use when they ask to see or open Creator itself rather than one project.

open_project

ChatGPT
Open a design or video in Creator's own editor inside the conversation, so the person can see it and change it by hand. Your edits (add_elements, update_elements, add_clips…) appear in it live while it is open. Use when they want to edit themselves, or to watch your changes.

publish_guide

ChatGPT
Show the workspace's guide to its members (published: true), or take it back to a draft. Owners only.

publish_template

ChatGPT
Make a template's newest revision the one people start from, optionally renaming or describing it. Check it first with check_project and snapshot: people get exactly this.

read_document

ChatGPT
The exact JSON document of a project (newest revision unless you name one). Narrow it with clip_id (videos) and element_ids to keep it small. Read the guide's design or video topic to interpret it.

reorder_elements

ChatGPT
Move elements forward or back among their siblings (to_index 0 is the back).

reorder_tracks

ChatGPT
Move tracks up or down the stack (to_index 0 is the bottom).

restore_revision

ChatGPT
Make an earlier revision the newest again, as a new revision. Nothing is lost: the revisions after it stay in the history.

save_as_template

ChatGPT
Copy a design or video (its newest revision and files) into a new template, published at once. The project itself is unchanged.

schedule_post

ChatGPT
Draft a post of a project to one or more connected accounts, at a time or as soon as it is approved. It posts a finished export of the current revision when one fits (JPEG for designs, MP4 for videos, at full size or 2x, quality 85+) and costs nothing more; otherwise it exports the project (export credits, within the daily limit). It then waits for the person to approve it in Creator — share the approval link with them. Times without an offset are the workspace's local time. Nothing is published without approval.

search_fonts

ChatGPT
Fonts a document may use, with their weight ranges. Without a query, lists them all.

search_templates

ChatGPT
Find a template to start from. Call this before making any design or video from scratch: Creator's library has finished templates for most industries and formats, and starting from one is faster and looks better. Filter by category (list_template_categories) and format, or search with words ("cafe opening", "real estate open house"). Then create_project template_id, and change text, colours and pictures to the brand kit.

set_captions

ChatGPT
Write the captions for one audio or video file on a caption track, replacing any it had. Times are in the file's own clock. (To transcribe a file instead, use transcribe and apply_captions.)

snapshot

ChatGPT
Render a project as an image so you can see it, exactly as an export would look. Designs: the whole canvas, or zoom into one element with element_id. Videos: frames at the instants in at_ms, or frames spread evenly (6 by default, or across clip_id), as one contact sheet read left to right, top to bottom. Check text fit, overlaps, contrast and pacing this way.

split_captions

ChatGPT
Cut caption lines in two at a time in the file's clock.

split_clips

ChatGPT
Cut clips in two at a time into each clip.

ungroup_elements

ChatGPT
Replace groups with their children, in place; nothing moves.

update_brand_kit

ChatGPT
Change a brand kit's name, website, description, voice, colours (the whole list is replaced) or fonts, or make it the workspace's default.

update_captions

ChatGPT
Change caption lines' words or timing.

update_clips

ChatGPT
Change clips: duration, start, background, footage, transition, element timings, camera or motions. To change the elements in a scene clip, use the element tools with clip_id.

update_design_page

ChatGPT
Change a design's canvas: its size in px or its background colour.

update_elements

ChatGPT
Change elements of a design (or of a video's scene clip with clip_id): text, position and size, style, effects, visibility, or lock them in the editor. Give only the fields that change.

update_guide

ChatGPT
Write the guide the workspace's people read in Creator: a title (e.g. "Acme Bakery Guide"), a short welcome, up to 30 prompt ideas they can try with their AI assistant (each optionally linked to a template), and up to 24 featured templates (list_templates). Replaces the whole guide. Owners only. Members see it after publish_guide.

update_post

ChatGPT
Change a post's time or an account's caption, post type or network options. If the person had approved it, it goes back to them for approval.

update_project

ChatGPT
Rename a project or move it to another folder (folder_id null is the top level).

update_template

ChatGPT
Change a template's name, description or category, or archive it so nobody is offered it any more. What people start from does not change; publish_template does that.

update_tracks

ChatGPT
Rename, hide or lock tracks, or set a caption track's style and layout.

update_video_settings

ChatGPT
Change a video's size, frame rate (24, 25, 30 or 60) or background colour.
