warmhub_capabilities
ClaudeReturn a structured overview of MCP tools by category, common workflows (cookbook), query-discipline guidance (usagePatterns), wref syntax, and a pointer to the full write operation contract. No arguments. See: docs.warmhub.ai/agent-integration/mcp-tools-reference
warmhub_collection_contains
ClaudeCheck whether one or more wrefs are members of a collection. orgName and repoName may be omitted when wref is a self-routing durable ID. A Thing may compose more than one collection Shape; pass shape to say which one to read, and omit it when it composes exactly one.
warmhub_collection_create
ClaudeCreate a Set or List collection by members, selector, or delta, or a legacy deprecated Arc, Bond, or Pair. Set and List are ordinary Things under their protected V2 Shapes; arc/bond/pair are accepted during the compatibility window and lowered to ordinary Things.
warmhub_collection_diff
ClaudeCompare two collections by membership or order. orgName and repoName may be omitted when both collection refs are self-routing durable IDs. One shape selects on BOTH sides: a diff compares one contract, and letting each side pick its own would compare an Arc's ends against a Set's members and call the result a change.
warmhub_collection_members
ClaudeList collection members with stable indexes and pagination. orgName and repoName may be omitted when wref is a self-routing durable ID. A Thing may compose more than one collection Shape; pass shape to say which one to read, and omit it when it composes exactly one.
warmhub_collection_revise
ClaudeRevise a named collection by replacement, set delta, or selector-backed replacement.
warmhub_collection_stats
ClaudeSummarize collection type and member counts. orgName and repoName may be omitted when wref is a self-routing durable ID. A Thing may compose more than one collection Shape; pass shape to say which one to read, and omit it when it composes exactly one.
warmhub_commit_receipt_get
ClaudeLook up one immutable operation-event receipt by its caller-known request UUID. Missing and unauthorized receipts are indistinguishable. CLI: wh commit receipt.
warmhub_commit_submit
ClaudeSubmit up to 10000 add/revise/retract/restore/reaffirm/rename operations to a repo. The operations schema contains every supported variant and each operation reports its own result. Example add: {operation:"add", name:"example", shapes:["Signal"], data:{value:1}}; a Shape is written as {operation:"add", name:"hub/shapes/<Name>", shapes:[], data:{fields:{value:"number"}}}. Use warmhub_repo_describe.commitContract for repo-specific shape fields and examples, and CLI or SDK streaming for larger bulk writes. Include componentRef (the installed component's Org/Name) only when intentionally targeting an installed component scope; normal callers should omit it. When writing an assertion that carries a subjective-logic opinion (b, d, u, α): the assertion must express a binary proposition (a statement that is either true or false) — the opinion tuple is a binomial opinion and is meaningless on open-ended claims. See: docs.warmhub.ai/writes/operations
warmhub_commit_validate
ClaudeEvaluate up to 10000 add/revise/retract/restore/reaffirm/rename operations with the real commit evaluator without persisting repository state, consuming a receipt, or dispatching actions. Returns one ordered result per input operation. MCP requests remain subject to the 1 MiB route limit; use the CLI or an SDK for larger previews. Requires write authority even though it is read-only. CLI: wh commit submit --dry-run. See: docs.warmhub.ai/writes/operations
warmhub_component_install
ClaudeInstall a registered component (<org>/<name>) into a target repo: applies its manifest (shapes, credential sets, subscriptions, seeds) and runs the optional setup handshake. Resource-phase failures roll back and throw CONFLICT. A replay of a historical install may return a degraded result with errors[]; callers must check a returned result's state.
warmhub_component_uninstall
ClaudeUninstall a registered component (<org>/<name>) from a repo: pauses its subscriptions, revokes its tokens, dispatches the optional uninstall callback, and marks the install record uninstalled. Non-destructive — manifest shapes and seeded data are left intact; reinstall revives the install. CLI: wh component teardown.
warmhub_doctor
ClaudeRun WarmHub connectivity and capability diagnostics (mirrors wh doctor). Returns server capabilities and a health probe.
warmhub_notifications
ClaudeList repo-scoped action notifications for the authenticated user (mirrors wh notifications).
warmhub_org_get
ClaudeGet organization metadata by name.
warmhub_org_list
ClaudeList organizations visible to the current caller.
warmhub_org_member_list
ClaudeList members of an organization.
warmhub_repo_content_get
ClaudeFetch repo content by kind: readme, agents, or llms-txt (synthesized sitemap).
warmhub_repo_content_set
ClaudeSet repo content by kind (commits a revise op). Note: --kind llms-txt is read-only and will error.
warmhub_repo_create
ClaudeCreate a repo in an organization.
warmhub_repo_describe
ClaudeDescribe a repo: metadata, schema (each shape's fields, including a composite shape's inherited fields when you can read every shape it composes, with per-shape queryHints), counts, and write operation contract.
warmhub_repo_get
ClaudeGet repo metadata by org and repo name.
warmhub_repo_list
ClaudeList repos in an organization.
warmhub_shape_get
ClaudeGet a shape by name. Response includes queryHints with suggested MCP query patterns for that shape. A composite shape also carries composition: each composed shape's wref and fields, omitted when you cannot read every composed shape. See: docs.warmhub.ai/data-modeling/shapes
warmhub_shape_list
ClaudeList shapes in a repo. Each item includes queryHints with suggested MCP query patterns for that shape. A composite shape also carries composition: each composed shape's wref and fields, omitted when you cannot read every composed shape. See: docs.warmhub.ai/data-modeling/shapes
warmhub_shape_template
ClaudeScaffold write-ops JSON for one or more shapes. Returns a ready-to-edit operations array suitable for warmhub_commit_submit. Pass shapeName(s) as a comma-separated list. See: docs.warmhub.ai/writes/operations#generating-templates
warmhub_subscription_attempts
ClaudeGet attempt history for one delivery run of a subscription. Full-repository readers may receive free-form diagnostic text; narrowed readers receive stable attempt metadata only.
warmhub_subscription_create
ClaudeCreate a webhook subscription. Omitted eventType means commit and requires filterJson, for example filterJson:{"all":[{"operation":"add"},{"kind":"thing"}]}. Metadata rename events take no shapeName, filterJson, or sourceRepoRef. Commit subscriptions require shapeName or filterJson.shape unless a structurally shape-only filter supplies kind:"shape". When shapeName and filterJson.shape are both present they must agree. Pass scope: 'org' for organization events (org.renamed, org.member_added, org.repo_created, org.repo_published): orgName only, no repoName, shapeName, filterJson, or sourceRepoRef; omitted eventType then means org.renamed. Repo scope requires repoName.
warmhub_subscription_delete
ClaudeRemove a subscription. Operation subscriptions are immediately retired with an audited, permanently reserved identity; metadata and legacy cron subscriptions are deleted. Repo scope is the default and requires repoName; pass scope: 'org' to address an organization subscription.
warmhub_subscription_get
ClaudeGet subscription metadata by name. Operation subscriptions include immutable effective-source when currently visible, revision/lifecycle, matcher version/digest, credential generation, delivery policy, and retirement audit metadata when applicable. Repo scope is the default and requires repoName; pass scope: 'org' to address an organization subscription.
warmhub_subscription_list
ClaudeList non-retired subscriptions; paused subscriptions remain listed. Operation subscriptions include immutable effective-source when currently visible, revision, matcher, credential generation, and delivery policy. Repo scope is the default and requires repoName; pass scope: 'org' to address an organization subscription.
warmhub_subscription_log
ClaudeGet delivery feed for a subscription. Full-repository readers may receive the latest attempt response snippet in lastResponseSnippet; narrowed readers receive operational metadata and visible matched operations only.
warmhub_subscription_pause
ClaudePause an active subscription. Repo scope is the default and requires repoName; pass scope: 'org' to address an organization subscription.
warmhub_subscription_resume
ClaudeResume a paused subscription. Repo scope is the default and requires repoName; pass scope: 'org' to address an organization subscription.
warmhub_subscription_runs
ClaudeList a repository's subscription delivery runs as a page (returns items plus an optional nextCursor; pass cursor to fetch the next page). Filter by exact run id, subscription name, status, outcome (succeeded, or failed = terminal failures), and lower-bound timestamp. These are webhook delivery executions; for application-level round or session containers modeled as things, use warmhub_thing_query with a shape filter instead.
warmhub_subscription_update
ClaudePatch only the provided fields of an existing subscription; omitted fields are preserved and name/kind/eventType cannot change. shapeName and filterJson are commit-only, must agree on shape, and cannot be changed on metadata-event or cross-repo subscriptions, and are rejected outright under scope: 'org'. Example filter replacement: {"all":[{"operation":"revise"},{"kind":"thing"}]}. Repo scope is the default and requires repoName; pass scope: 'org' to address an organization subscription.
warmhub_thing_about
ClaudeList assertions whose about target resolves to the supplied target identity, including thing wrefs (name) and shape wrefs (hub/shapes/<Name>); collection member refs are not expanded by default. For identity-scoped inputs (bare, @HEAD, @ALL), assertions about collection things and legacy Triple rows containing the target require resolveCollections:true; pinned @vN inputs stay version-exact and do not expand collections. For broader backlink discovery, use warmhub_thing_refs with direction:"inbound". For cross-repo targets pass a canonical wref (wh:org/repo/name or wh:org/repo/hub/shapes/<Name>). Any returned subjective-logic opinion (b, d, u, α) is a binomial opinion and is well-formed only when the underlying assertion expresses a binary proposition (true/false). See: docs.warmhub.ai/queries/filtering#about-queries
warmhub_thing_get
ClaudeFetch one or more things by wref in one call — pass all needed wrefs together rather than calling repeatedly. A wref that does not exist or is not visible to you is listed in "missing", not returned as an error. Pass includeRetracted: true to retrieve retracted versions. Pass dataMode:"full" to force large collection bodies. orgName and repoName may be omitted when every wref is a durable ID or canonical (wh:org/repo/...). See: docs.warmhub.ai/queries/filtering#get-by-wref
warmhub_thing_graph
ClaudeGet one thing and its embedded assertion/about/wref graph to a bounded depth. orgName and repoName may be omitted when wref is a durable ID. See: docs.warmhub.ai/data-modeling/things
warmhub_thing_head
ClaudeList or count items at HEAD with optional filters. For an incremental scan, send sinceRepoSeq (-1 to seed), follow every nextCursor with the same lower bound and limit, and save repoSeq only from the exhausted final page or exact count. Requires full-repository read authority and an authoritative PostgreSQL plan. For fuzzy lookups use warmhub_thing_search. CLI: wh thing list. See: docs.warmhub.ai/queries/head
warmhub_thing_history
ClaudeList version history for a thing. Provide wref for one thing's history, or shape/about to survey history across matching things. orgName/repoName are required EXCEPT when wref is a self-routing durable ID; shape/about filter surveys and local wrefs always need orgName/repoName (a repo-less filter query is rejected). With about filters, resolveCollections:true includes history for assertions about collection things and legacy Triple rows containing the target identity; pinned @vN about inputs still resolve that target identity for history filtering. See: docs.warmhub.ai/queries/filtering#version-history
warmhub_thing_query
ClaudeQuery or count things by structured filters. For an incremental scan, send sinceRepoSeq (-1 to seed), follow every nextCursor with the same lower bound and limit, and save repoSeq only from the exhausted final page or exact count. Requires full-repository read authority and an authoritative PostgreSQL plan; glob, collection-expanded, and foreign-source forms are unavailable. For fuzzy or semantic search use warmhub_thing_search. See: docs.warmhub.ai/queries/filtering#query-by-filters
warmhub_thing_redact
ClaudeIrreversibly erase one Thing's canonical content and former name while preserving its durable identity, version topology, and existing inbound references. Name the Thing by its durable ID (metadata.durableId from a read), never a wref. Needs an unrestricted things:redact grant. Pass expectedVersion to fail if the Thing changed since you read it; without it, the current version is used. This core operation does not erase backups, completed exports, logs, or copies already delivered downstream. Supply a new eventRequestId UUID per redaction, and reuse it to retry an ambiguous outcome.
warmhub_thing_refs
ClaudeList inbound or outbound refs for a target wref. Use direction:"inbound" to find what references X. Pair with warmhub_thing_get to resolve details. See: docs.warmhub.ai/data-modeling/things
warmhub_thing_remove
ClaudePermanently delete one Thing and all its versions. This cannot be undone; to withdraw a Thing and keep its history, retract it with warmhub_commit_submit instead. Name the Thing by its durable ID (metadata.durableId from a read), never a wref. Needs an unrestricted things:delete grant. References to the Thing survive as its durable ID. Pass expectedVersion to fail if the Thing changed since you read it; without it, the current version is used. Supply a new eventRequestId UUID per removal, and reuse it to retry an ambiguous outcome.
warmhub_thing_rewrite
ClaudeReplace the body of one exact version of a Thing in place, to correct bad data. The version number does not change and no new version is created; to record a new state, revise with warmhub_commit_submit instead. Name the Thing by its durable ID (metadata.durableId from a read), never a wref, and pass the version to correct. shapes is the version's declared Shapes plus CorrectedThing, the correction marker. data is the complete replacement body, validated against those Shapes: keep every earlier correctionLog entry and append one {reason}. Needs an unrestricted things:rewrite grant. A body with the version's current hash is a noop. Supply a new eventRequestId UUID per rewrite, and reuse it to retry an ambiguous outcome.
warmhub_thing_search
ClaudeFull-text/vector/hybrid search across thing data. Best for fuzzy lookups; for exact field matches use warmhub_thing_query with a glob filter. See: docs.warmhub.ai/queries/filtering#search
