Wealth Tracker

by Digital Front LLP

Overview

Wealth Tracker keeps your whole net worth in one place: cash and savings, investments, crypto, property, vehicles and other valuables, minus mortgages, loans and other debts. Connect it to ChatGPT to ask about your money in plain words and keep your records up to date from the conversation. What you can do: - See your net worth, totals, allocation and liquidity, how they have moved over time, and the income your holdings earned. - Find any holding by name, ticker or ISIN, and list everything that is due or out of date for an update. - Record a balance, a buy or sell you have already made, interest or a fee, or a whole account statement or screenshot at once. Every change can be previewed first, returns a receipt, and can be undone within 30 days. - Choose how often Wealth Tracker reminds you to update an account or a holding. - If you have connected a bank in the Wealth Tracker app: see spending and income by category, merchant and period, search your transactions, review subscriptions and other recurring payments, recategorise transactions, and mark a recurring payment as confirmed, dismissed or cancelled in your records. What it does not do: - It never moves money, makes payments or places trades. Buys and sells are records of trades you made elsewhere. - Bank data is read-only. It cannot connect a bank, sign in to your bank or broker, or change anything at your bank or at a merchant. Bank connections are set up in the Wealth Tracker app. - It reads and changes only the signed-in user's own Wealth Tracker records, and sees nothing you have not added to Wealth Tracker. - It reports your own figures and does not give investment, tax or financial advice. You need a Wealth Tracker account and sign in with it when you connect.

Tools

wealth_banks

ChatGPT
Returns the user's connected banks: each connection's bank, status, the day its access ends, when it last synced, what it costs a month in credits and whether it runs on the user's own Enable Banking app, with its accounts, their balances, statuses and the reason any is paused. It also says whether the workspace uses its own Enable Banking app (free, set up in Settings) and returns the in-app addresses where the user connects or reconnects a bank, because connecting happens in a browser and no tool connects a bank or starts a charge.

wealth_categorize

ChatGPT
Sets the category of chosen transactions or of a merchant, which also moves that merchant's transactions the user did not set one by one, optionally keeping it as a rule for future transactions. It also creates, renames and merges spending categories, and returns what changed.

wealth_confirm

ChatGPT
Records that a holding is still worth what it already says and moves its next check out by its own update period, without writing a value or spending update budget. It takes NO idempotency_key and NO preview, and it returns a receipt id that wealth_undo can reverse.

wealth_get

ChatGPT
Returns one holding in full, by id or by a name close to one: its facts, quantity, value in its own and the base currency, when it was last valued and confirmed, when it is next due, collateral links, recent ledger events, value history, open lots, realised gains and what is still missing.

wealth_guide

ChatGPT
Returns the intake checklist for one kind of asset or liability, given as a catalog slug or a plain description in type: the facts needed to store it, the optional facts, the accepted date, amount and currency formats, its default update period and two examples. Given a wealth tool's name in tool, it returns that tool's full usage rules instead.

wealth_history

ChatGPT
Returns how the user's net worth moved over a date window (by default the last year): the net-worth series in the base currency, the activity recorded across every holding with the receipt that would undo each row, and the income expected and actually received in that window.

wealth_incomplete

ChatGPT
Lists everything on the user's books that is out of date or unfinished, worst first: overdue, due, no value, awaiting a rate, no live price, an unstated income or interest rate, and finally a missing fact. accounts groups the due holdings by account and items lists every outdated holding, each with the date it became due (dueOn), when it was last valued (lastValuedOn), the reason and one next question; results page through nextCursor and can be narrowed with kind; banks lists the bank connections that need the user and uncategorizedMerchants counts the merchants still without a category.

wealth_portfolio

ChatGPT
Returns the user's totals in their base currency: net worth, assets, liabilities, allocation by asset class, liquidity buckets, net-worth change over 1M, 3M, 1Y and all time, and counts of holdings that are due, incomplete or unpriced. When changeSuspended is true an exchange rate is missing, and awaitingCurrencies names the currencies waiting for one.

wealth_rebuild_history

ChatGPT
Rebuilds the stored net-worth chart history from the workspace's own back-dated values and events, valuing each past day at what the books said on that day, and answers with how many days now carry a point and how many could not be valued (unstated). more is true when work is left for another call; it changes no holding, writes no receipt and takes no arguments.

wealth_record

ChatGPT
Records one ledger event on an existing holding: valuation, buy, sell, deposit, withdraw, repay, borrow, interest, adjust, gift_in, gift_out, write_off, income, fee or tax. It answers with the parsed date, amount and matched holding, the quantity and value after the event, any warnings and a receipt id; preview reports the entry without writing it.

wealth_recurring

ChatGPT
Returns every recurring series found in the bank transactions - subscriptions, bills and recurring income - with the typical charge, the monthly and yearly cost in the base currency, the next expected date, and flags for a price rise, a series that may have ended and a possible duplicate subscription. It also returns what the active subscriptions cost together a month and a year.

wealth_recurring_update

ChatGPT
Records the user's word on one recurring series: confirmed as recurring, dismissed as not recurring, marked cancelled, or reset so detection decides again. It returns the series as it now stands, with its monthly and yearly cost, its next expected date and its flags.

wealth_set_update_period

ChatGPT
Sets how often the app asks the user about one account, the default for one type, or one holding: weekly, monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, yearly, a number of days, or default to clear it. It answers with the period before and after, where it now comes from, and putBack, the value that reverses it; it writes no receipt and spends no update budget.

wealth_settings

ChatGPT
Returns how the account is set up: the base currency, the country, the update period in force for every asset class and which ones the user changed, the weekly digest and analytics opt-outs, and the cash-flow profile of stated income sources and monthly spending. It only reads.

wealth_sharing

ChatGPT
Returns what the user currently shares about their money and with whom: their profile handle and page path, its visibility (PRIVATE, UNLISTED or PUBLIC), exactly which rows a reader would see, and followers and pending requests. profile is null when sharing was never set up; it only reads and creates nothing.

wealth_spending

ChatGPT
Returns spending and income totals in the base currency for a week, month, year or custom period, grouped by category, merchant, bank account or kind, each group beside the same group in the previous period of the same length. It also returns what was saved, the change against the previous period and against the average of up to six earlier periods, and how many of the period's transactions are still uncategorised.

wealth_spending_insights

ChatGPT
Returns the facts computed from the bank transactions for a period, each with its figures: the subscription total a month and a year, price rises, categories above their six-month average, the largest purchases, new recurring charges, possible duplicate subscriptions and cancelled subscriptions still charging. They are facts with numbers, highest weight first, not advice.

wealth_status

ChatGPT
Returns where the account stands before any change: the plan and base currency, holdings against the plan ceiling, what is left of today's update budget and agent requests and when each resets, whether updates are paused, how many holdings are due, overdue, unfinished or unpriced, and startHere, the suggested next tool call. It only reads, and it costs no agent request.

wealth_sync_positions

ChatGPT
Reconciles every row of one account statement or screenshot with the books: rows are matched to holdings in that account, quantities and values are updated, new holdings are created, and a matched row that changes nothing confirms its holding as of the statement date. Each row comes back as created, updated, unchanged, check or unresolved; holdings the statement does not list are reported in notOnStatement and never removed, and preview returns a confirmToken without writing.

wealth_transactions

ChatGPT
Returns the user's bank transactions from the full history, filtered by dates, text, category, merchant, bank account, amount range, money in or out, recurring only or uncategorised only, and sorted by date or amount. Each row carries its native amount and its base-currency amount, merchant, category, account and recurring series, and the results page to the end of the history through nextCursor.

wealth_undo

ChatGPT
Reverts everything one earlier write did, by the receipt_id that write returned, within 30 days, by writing compensating entries so history stays complete. It refuses when a later write already builds on that write and names it; preview lists what would be reversed without reversing anything.

wealth_upsert

ChatGPT
Creates or updates one holding from plain facts - a name plus a value, or a quantity of a priced instrument - and can change its type, facts, account, parent, rate or update period, archive it, restore it, or merge it with the connected bank account that duplicates it. It answers with what it understood, what is still missing, when the holding is next due and a receipt id, and refuses a near-duplicate with candidates. The types "income source" and "spending estimate" record the cash-flow profile instead of a holding.
