Whiteboard Video Maker

by ADAM ABDULLAHI HASSAN

Overview

Turn any topic into a narrated whiteboard animation video without leaving ChatGPT. Describe what you want explained, and Whiteboard Video Maker writes the script, draws each scene with a hand-drawn whiteboard animation and adds a natural voiceover. Choose the length, landscape (YouTube) or portrait (Shorts, Reels, TikTok), the narration language and the voice. Videos render in a few minutes; ask whether your video is ready to get the MP4 download link and thumbnail. You can also list your recent videos and check your credit balance. Requires a Whiteboard Video account; videos use the account's credits (1 credit per minute) and ChatGPT asks you to confirm before creating one.

Tools

create_video

ChatGPT

Creates a new narrated whiteboard animation video (hand-drawn style with voiceover) about a topic and starts rendering it. Costs 1 credit per minute of video, charged now; failed videos are refunded automatically. Rendering takes a few minutes: tell the user it has started and offer to check its status with get_video_status. Only call this when the user clearly asks for a video.

get_credits

ChatGPT

Shows how many video credits the user has and their plan. 1 credit = 1 minute of standard whiteboard video. Use before creating a video if the user asks about cost or balance.
