Overview
Winningtemp measures employee engagement through short, recurring surveys. This connector lets Claude answer questions about your organisation's Winningtemp data, using only what your Winningtemp account is allowed to see. What you can ask: - Teams and people: which teams exist and how they are structured, team sizes, who is in a team, and where a named person sits in the organisation. - Engagement: team temperature (0-10) overall or for one question category, such as Leadership, over a period or an exact date range, and a ranking of teams by temperature. - eNPS: employee Net Promoter Score (-100 to 100) for a team. - Surveys: which surveys exist, when the next round goes out and who owns it, response rates and participation for the organisation or a team, and a comparison of response rates between teams. Built for confidentiality: the connector returns aggregates only, and Winningtemp's confidentiality thresholds apply. Teams below the threshold come back suppressed, never as a score. Individual answers, individual scores and comments are not available. Read-only: the connector cannot change anything in Winningtemp. Its one write is a report to Winningtemp when you ask for something the tools cannot answer yet, which tells us what to build next. Availability: Winningtemp MCP is in private beta for selected customers. Your organisation must be approved and enabled by Winningtemp, and only System Administrators can connect, signing in with their Winningtemp account.
