Wiplist

Wiplist is project management and job costing for agencies and professional services: projects, tasks, time, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, bills and expenses in one place. This connector gives Claude read-only access to your Wiplist workspace through Wiplist's reporting engine. Ask about outstanding and overdue invoices, revenue by month or client, project earned value and what is left to invoice, time logged by person or project, the estimate pipeline, open purchase orders and bills due. Claude looks up the report vocabulary for each source, runs the same summaries and record lists the Reports page runs, and answers with figures, currency codes and links back to the records. Every request runs as the signed-in user with that user's Wiplist permissions. Claude sees only the modules, projects and records the user can open in Wiplist, and money figures only if the user holds the Financial permission. Totals count only records Wiplist treats as real, so drafts, voided and cancelled records are excluded unless asked for, and Claude says what it excluded. The connector never creates, edits, sends or deletes anything.
