Overview

WODone turns the gym whiteboard into a training log you can talk to. Upload a photo of the day's WOD and ChatGPT reads it, then WODone saves it as a structured record: workout type, movements with reps and loads, your score, and the original text exactly as written. Weights and distances are converted to consistent units, and movement names are normalized, so "T2B", "toes to bar", and "Toes-To-Bar" all land on the same movement in your history. Ask for your records and WODone shows them newest first, or filters by date or movement — "show my thruster workouts from last week". Open one and you also see how you performed each of its movements before, so you can tell whether today was heavier or faster than last time. Got something wrong? Tell WODone what to fix and it corrects the record, or delete it. WODone never receives your photos — ChatGPT reads them and passes along only the text.

Tools

delete_wod

ChatGPT
Permanently delete one of the user's saved WOD records, including its movements and score. Use this when the user asks to remove or delete a record — for example a duplicate they logged twice. This cannot be undone, so confirm which record is meant before calling it: name the date and title back to the user and get an explicit yes. Never call this to 'clean up' on your own initiative.

get_wod_detail

ChatGPT
Show one WOD record in detail, including the user's past history for each movement in it (for comparing similar workouts).

list_wods

ChatGPT
List the user's saved WOD records, newest first. Filter by date range and/or a movement name (English, e.g. 'thruster') to answer questions like 'show my thruster workouts from last week'.

log_wod

ChatGPT
Save a CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) record for the user. When the user uploads a photo of a whiteboard or WOD, read it carefully and extract: date, workout type, movements with reps/calories/distance and weights (keep the original units — the server converts), and the score if one is written. Put the WOD exactly as written into rawText. Omit result when no score exists.

update_wod

ChatGPT
Replace a saved WOD record when the user says something was logged wrong (a misread rep count, a wrong weight or date, a movement that should not be there). This overwrites the whole record, so resend every field — including the parts that are not changing — using the existing record as the starting point. Omitting a field clears it, which is how a value the whiteboard never specified (e.g. reps for a MAX REP interval) gets removed. Keep the original rawText unless the user is correcting the transcription itself.
