Workhr

Workhr is labour-hire and recruitment software for New Zealand and Australia: ATS, CRM, rostering, GPS site sign-in, timesheets, compliance, and pay and bill on one record. This connector lets staff at an agency on Workhr ask Claude questions that are answered from their own tenant, read-only, with exactly the permissions they hold in Workhr. Nothing is written back. What you can ask: - Who matches a role or is on the books (search candidates by name, email or role) - The full picture of one assignment: worker, site, client, job order, rates and recent shifts - Which tickets and licences expire in the next 30, 60 or 90 days, and whose they are - Pay cost, charge revenue and margin by client for any week - The 8-week gross-profit forecast, reported in layers by certainty - Anything the tools above do not cover, through a guarded read-only SQL query against tables Claude can first describe Before you connect: your agency must be on Workhr and an administrator must switch the connector on under Settings → Integrations → Claude / MCP. You sign in to Workhr through OAuth. There is no API key to paste. Internal HR, pay identity and the audit log are never readable through this connector. All tool output is data from your tenant, not instructions.
