get_account
ChatGPTGets one account by account ID.
get_accounts
ChatGPTGets multiple accounts with filters.
get_company
ChatGPTGets the authenticated caller's company: its name, scheduling defaults, groups, and how it is set up, including which integrations are configured.
get_company_categories
ChatGPTGets the company's categories — what the categoryId on a feedback row means. Pass no filters to list them all. Each row carries questionIds; pass those to get_company_questions for the wording. For the categories a role is asked about, use get_company_roles with options.include.categories.
get_company_questions
ChatGPTGets the company's questions by ID — what the questionId on a feedback row means, and the answers each question offers with the score each one stores. filters.questionIds is required; the ids come from a feedback row, or from categories[].questionIds on get_company_categories.
get_company_roles
ChatGPTGets the company's roles — what the roleId on a feedback row or an account means. Pass no filters to list them all. options.include.categories adds the categories those roles are asked about; filters.status applies to the roles only, so those categories come back whatever their own status.
get_data_model
ChatGPTDescribes the WorkStory entities the other tools return — the company, its questions, accounts, feedback, goals, performance reviews and review cycles — how they relate, and which filters and includes traverse those relations.
get_feedback_stats
ChatGPTGets aggregated feedback stats (counts grouped by a column, e.g. reviewee or categoryId) with filters.
get_feedbacks
ChatGPTGets multiple feedback rows with filters.
get_goals
ChatGPTGets multiple goals with filters.
get_me
ChatGPTGets the identity (account ID, email, company ID) of the authenticated caller.
get_performance_review
ChatGPTGets one performance review by performance review ID.
get_performance_reviews
ChatGPTGets multiple performance reviews with filters.
get_review_cycle
ChatGPTGets one review cycle by review cycle ID.
get_review_cycles
ChatGPTGets multiple review cycles with filters.
get_tree
ChatGPTGets the company's org hierarchy: a tree of nodes (id, managerId, active, children[]) rooted at the top of the company, and the caller's own node within it. This is the same tree account.manager/peers/directReports are derived from. Takes no arguments.
give_feedback
ChatGPTWrites one general feedback comment about one person, authored by the authenticated caller. Creates one feedback row per call, so revising feedback that already exists is update_feedback rather than this - only give feedback again when the user asks for a new, separate piece of it.
request_feedback
ChatGPTAsks reviewers to give feedback about reviewees, delivered now or on a future date. Creates one feedback request per reviewer/reviewee pair (and per question, for structured feedback).
search_faq
ChatGPTSearches WorkStory public help articles and returns the full text of the ones that match, with their titles and links. Use this for product-help questions - what a feature does, how to do something in WorkStory - as opposed to questions about the caller company, people or feedback.
update_feedback
ChatGPTRewrites the comment on one existing feedback, or changes who can read it. Nothing else about the feedback - who it is about, what it answers, its status - can be changed.
