Youngster runs free, in-person tech-help sessions for older people at libraries and community venues across Australia. A trained young person sits with the senior one on one for a short slot and helps with whatever they are stuck on: their phone, tablet, computer, email, apps, photos or scams. With this connector, Claude can find the Youngster venues nearest a suburb or postcode, list the upcoming sessions and free slots at a venue, and book a senior into a slot. It suits family members and carers arranging help for an older person, and seniors themselves. A booking needs the senior's first name, last name and an Australian phone number, and the senior's agreement. Reminder texts go to the senior's mobile before the session.
