Work with your projects, knowledge base, customer conversations, contacts, and support analytics in one place. Use this connector to: - Create projects and update agent prompts, models, and response settings. - Add and refresh training URLs, FAQs, text, and files; organize knowledge with tags and check training status. - Review conversation histories, identify recurring questions and unanswered topics, and inspect AI execution logs to investigate incorrect answers. - Analyze conversation volume, visitor activity, AI resolution rates, customer sentiment, and common intents. - Create and update contacts, companies, tags, and saved contact segments. - Test different prompts and models in the Agent Playground before applying changes to a live agent. - Manage project usage limits and organization members when your API token permits it. For example, ask Claude to summarize this week's support trends, investigate an incorrect answer, add an updated policy to your agent's knowledge, or compare two prompts in the playground. A YourGPT account and platform API token are required. Connect through the YourGPT browser authorization page using OAuth. Access is limited by the permissions and project scope of the supplied token.
