Overview

Use Yournotify to find and create contacts, review audiences, check wallet balance, create Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, Push and In-app campaigns, and inspect campaign performance. Manage Calls drafts, history and analytics, and open a live dialler in supported clients. Voice supports text-to-speech and hosted audio. Calls uses your microphone after you review the recipient and pricing and choose Make call; unsupported clients can open the same call in Yournotify. Scheduling or sending a campaign requires explicit confirmation.

Transactional Voice requires exactly one telephone recipient and status=running; never change draft to running automatically. Use list_calling_senders for approved Voice numbers. Live browser conversations use the separate Calls draft tools. Before setting status to scheduled or running, summarize recipients, channel, sender, content, timing, consent basis, and cost implications; ask the user to explicitly confirm; then set confirm_send=true and confirm_recipient_consent=true.
