Overview
Zamili brings your social selling workspace into Claude. Connect your Zamili account and manage Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram conversations, automations, posts, contacts and reports in plain language. What you can do: - Inbox: read recent conversations across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram, see what customers asked, and send replies after you confirm the text. - AI agent control: see whether the Zamili AI agent is answering a customer, pause it to take over a conversation yourself, and hand it back when you are done. - Comments: list comments on your posts, reply publicly, or remove spam. - Automations: create Instagram comment-to-DM and DM keyword auto-reply automations from clear inputs (keywords, post, public reply, DM text, link button, optional follow check). They are saved as drafts until you turn them on. You can also list, rename, pause or delete existing automations and review their run history. - Content: generate on-brand images and captions, then publish or schedule posts to your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts. - Contacts and leads: browse contacts captured from your channels, open a contact's details, update lead status, and read form submissions. - Insights: review analytics, notifications, store data and your plan and token balance. - Creator reports: build a Zamili-verified performance report for brand partnerships, with a shareable link and optional email delivery. Sign in with your Zamili account through a secure OAuth connection. Claude only accesses data from the accounts you connected in Zamili, and anything that messages customers or publishes content is shown to you before it runs.
