Use one revisioned atom-level query and scene contract across the UI and Codex to measure geometry, browse source-relative molecular companions, inspect contacts and density, compare aligned structures, style independent layers, play trajectories, restore named scenes and durable digest-bound projects, export provenance-rich results, and render publication images or editable presentation movies.
