AdaptClose is sales coaching for teams that sell in person: roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, flooring and more. Reps record the appointment or the door-to-door route on their phone. AdaptClose scores every call against your team's own scorecard and writes coaching tips that quote the rep. This connector brings that data into Claude. Ask in plain words: - "How did Marcus do on the Henderson appointment? Quote the moment he lost it." - "Pull every call that scored under 60 last week and find the one miss they share." - "What did I score on price anchoring this month?" - "Find every call where the homeowner brought up financing." - "Weight objection handling higher and publish the scorecard." - "Grade this call" with a public link to the audio. Claude can also list the doors on a route and correct what a door landed on. On accounts with visit checklists, owners and managers can create checklists. You sign in with the phone number or email you use in AdaptClose. No API keys. Claude sees what your role sees in the app: reps see their own calls, managers see their teams, owners see the whole account. Tools that change data are marked as writes, so Claude asks before it runs them by default. Phone numbers and email addresses in call data are hidden by default.
