Overview
Elfsight AI Chatbot is a chat assistant on your website, trained on your own content. Connect your Elfsight account to work with your chatbot's data in plain language instead of exporting reports. - Review conversations: search the chats website visitors had with your chatbot by text, period, status or topic, and read a full dialog. - Follow up on leads: see who left contact details and what they asked about. - Measure results: chats, messages, AI replies, handled time and leads for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with the change against the previous period. - Search the knowledge base: find what your chatbot knows about a topic. - Fix knowledge gaps: list questions the chatbot could not answer and add a verified answer to its knowledge base. Access is limited to the AI Chatbot widgets of the Elfsight account you sign in with. Lead names, emails and phone numbers are always masked; full contacts stay in the Elfsight dashboard. Message text is returned as visitors wrote it; attachments come back as file type and name only, without links. Only one tool writes data: it adds a question and answer to the knowledge base and never edits or deletes existing entries. Requires an Elfsight account with at least one AI Chatbot widget.
